Everything you need is located within a five-mile radius, whether it's golf, gambling, water activities, sightseeing, dining, spa and fitness center, etc. If you dare, there's Oatman (a historical ghost town) 30 minutes away.
This is perfect for a family vacation or couples get away. You're even able to get out of the heat into a private pool by walking into your own back yard.

Just came back from a week long stay, Diane and Kevin were great to work with! The house is nice is a very nice neighborhood, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking with ample pantry space overall it was a nice place to stay. The flip side, only 7 bath towels and even fewer washcloths, the convertible sleeper is uncomfortable, only one TV and no Internet access, the BBQ doesn't work in fact it needs replacing. Pointers - take the trash out the night before pick up, they come by at 5:00 am so don't wait until the morning, we had to deal with the previous renters trash plus our own! We would rent again since it was nice and clean and Diane & Kevin were great to work with, good place to stay, convenient location to Kathryn's Landing and river, clean but could do with a few additions like new towels, Internet and mattresses! I'm sure these will be fixed/improved once they have the feedback!

Since your visit we have purchased a new supply of bath towels and washcloths, they should be nicely displayed upon the next guest’s arrival. Good news! We installed wireless internet and we are looking into replacing the convertible sleeper mattress but it is an odd size. We used to keep on hand, a comfy queen sized air mattresses, but they always seemed to disappear. Lastly, we want to extend our gratitude for removing the previous renter’s trash, this is something you shouldn’t have had to do. We try to let every renter know what days and when the trash should be picked up and will continue to try and convey this to upcoming renters. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Diane is the most friendly, kind, nice person I've had to deal with when renting a place. Loved the property. Have rented from her a few times and my kids love it here. House is very clean, great location. Just a perfect place to escape and relax. would strongly recommend to everyone.

I can't say enough about Diane. I have rented her beautiful home multiple times and have always been thrilled. The home is very clean, and my kids love the pool while I relax with a nice glass of wine. Laughlin Ranch is wonderful and the clubhouse has a feel of something very special. The clubhouse has a kid friendly restaurant that has excellent food and the bar RULES! I really like this place and hate to let everyone in on my little secret but the owners are so accommodating that I must give them a proper rating.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
