Year Purchased: 2007
Rick and Kellie Ham live most of the year in Washington with their three kids. However they love the Arizona sun and love having another home there. We spend most of our time chasing our kids to all of their functions (sports, school, etc.)
Why the Owner Chose Gold Canyon
This is a great area because of its incredible view of the Superstition Mountains, and great golf courses surrounding the 55+ community. It is only 35 miles from downtown Phoenix. Did I mention...we love the sun, especially during the winter months.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This unit has access to an awesome community center with swimming pool, hot tubs, weight rooms, etc. In addition, the house has a built in putting and chipping green in the back yard, along with a built in BBQ on the patio for entertaining. The living area has a 60+ inch HDTV for relaxing inside. Great area, close to golf with great views.
