My family and I really enjoyed staying in this home. The location worked out well for us and it was no problem getting back and forth to Georgia Tech and Midtown. The neighborhood was beautiful and the home is so comfortable and private. I especially enjoyed the many decorative collections! Staying in this home made it a such a memorable trip for us.Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to come again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

I saw the pictures and read the reviews before emailing the owner. This was my first time staying at a vacation home and Mr. Elliott’s property has set an initial standard that I’m not sure can be surpassed! The pictures don’t do it justice and there really are no words! This property is something that has to be PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED! Ten of us stayed at the house; we were in town for a church conference. We were able to come together when we wanted to but were able to retreat to a quiet area if we wanted some private time. This house is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and comfortably SPACIOUS! The amenities are OVERWHELMING! The scenery is BREATH-TAKING! I have no complaints!Did you find this review helpful? This home is nothing less than Amazing!!! The description is well written however, there are no words that could accurately describe how truly beautiful this home is. The photos are beautiful however, but the home is much more than beautiful in person. Upon arrival we were in complete awe at how well kept the inside/outside of the home was. The amenities offered made for a completely unforgettable experience. The beauty coupled with the comfort of the home was truly a breath of fresh air. Exactly what we needed after a long stay in Afghanistan. I would surely recommend this property to friends and relatives in the future. It is such a great memory to have come back here with! Thanks Again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We arrived home yesterday after a week's stay here. The home and furnishings are very comfortable and the layout of the home is wonderful. We were more than pleased with this rental! The flowers were blooming outside and the yard was very well maintained. Inside the home we had everything we could possibly want...plenty of towels and linens, kitchen very well equipped, home very nicely decorated and cared for, everything in working order. Two of us even enjoyed playing the piano! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the owner's attention to detail and willingness to make our stay over the top!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Tom, We arrived a bit ago from Dallas to your great home. My wife says she wants to buy it and move here. That might be a bit complicated for me, but it's perfect for our family gathering. Our two kids and spouses arrive tomorrow; they leave Sunday after the wedding and two couples who've come up for it will be joining us for the next three nights. We can't wait to show off "our" home. Thanks so much for making it available. I can't think of a thing that needs to be added to it. We'll give you a report before we leave next Wednesday. Tom, Thanks so much for making your beautiful place available. Everything was so well attended to... really, nothing at all was neglected, something you worry about when you rent a home. It was ideal for for our family and it was especially nice to have this warm and comfortable home to come home to after all our Emory activities. Every room was beautiful and our teens loved all the huge flat screens. Plus, what was really great is that the home is so spread out... you can really find the privacy you need. Also, I know you told me that the baths and the basement would renovated by the time we got here - and it was all so nice. In fact, I want to know the colors you used! We'll be doing some renovations soon and I would love to use those grays and taupes. Finally, that neighborhood is like a trip back to 1950. The homes are so far apart.. and some of them are so amazing, like that one on the corner that looks like Monticello! It didn't even feel like we were in a big city. We'll be back when our daughter graduates in two years. Hopefully, it will still be available. Thanks again from the Parramores.Recommended for: Families with teenagers

This home was perfect for our group. We had 7 business ppl in for a downtown Atlanta convention. We used all 5 bedrooms and the sleeper sofa downstairs in a separate den. One of of the 5 bedroom had twins but it worked...and we all had privacy. There were 4 bath rooms... Two were smaller but were totally updated and I mean really updated .... like with brand new marble and glass. There was a huge laundry room with 2 sets of washers and dryers and we used them. We saved a fortune in hotel costs. The home is truly in one one the most wooded and beautiful residential areas I've ever seen. Nearby homes were ginormous... Wi-Fi was easy.... They had premium TV channels and a DVR and 2 60" TVs Plus a big master Bedroom TV. We never used the hot tub, but we did use the back deck. It could use a screen porch ... The guy came and blew off the deck while we were there but the trees really dropped debris back there. But my boss saved a bunch of money and he was happy.Did you find this review helpful? Hi Tom, I trust you are well. I took the past few days to settle back here in the upper east but wanted to reach out letting you know that we were pleased with your home and neighbourhood. We all had a great stay in Atanta, and more so with a homely place to come back to. With gratitude. AdeDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Hi Tom! The house is so great! Absolutely perfect for what we needed. We’ve been grilling and dining together, and I just made breakfast in the fabulous kitchen. I rent homes for corporate events 5-6 times a year and I always walk away with the same question: Why don’t you live here? It’s awesome!! Thanks for letting us use the printer, too. It worked well for us. Thanks so much for making this available to my team. Thanks again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

When they said "estate section", boy did they mean it. If you want to know how the rich live, come to this area! The home was not an estate. It was a charming ranch with many wonderful features and lots of room to spread out. It had gracious and comfortable family spaces and the dining room was so perfect for our family get together. There were ample sets of flatware, dishes, serving pieces, towels, sheets, blankets, etc. We'd never use a Keurig coffee maker before, but it was so nice to have coffee provided. The blue ray and 60" TV in the family room was a hit for the kids, too. Thanks so much for making this available to our family. Some homes just have good energy. This was one of them.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

We rented this lovely property in June and everything was perfect. We wanted a quiet location - and the street was so peaceful. There were only about 6 or 7 homes on the street, some were big mansions, some older ranches, but most were on several acres. We loved it. It was just 10 minutes to Buckhead, but we felt like we were in the mountains. Also, when the internet went out, we tried everything. We called the owners and they were by within hours to fix it. They also gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We loved the home. The pictures just don't do it justice. Everything was pristine.Did you find this review helpful? I'm a little late in getting my review in, but the house was great and the owners were very helpful in arranging our stay. Everything we needed was there for our 3 day booking and the house was just as pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living room and watch the games. The neighborhood was quiet and it is well worth the money. Tom was easy to contact and I would recommend the house to anyone staying in Atlanta.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car.
Owner response: We no longer offer three night stays.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Kudos to the decorator, we loved the art, looks, and collections. I'm also buying a new coffee pot. We'd never used the Keurig b4 and it was great. Thanks for providing coffee. Oh, and the Buckhead restaurants were incredible. What a great location. Oh, I didn't want to forget to tell you how much we enjoyed the roses and other gardens. Tom, I wanted you to know that the house was ideal for us. It suited our needs just perfectly. My family was very happy. We especially liked the location. If felt like it was in the country with no homes nearby, but it was so close to Buckhead. Also, we loved the floor plan...we could all really get away from each other:) Plus the boys loved those huge flat screens! I’d like to express our delight in the use of your property. As I said before, we’ve previously rented properties in Florida and Palm Springs, CA, and it was the general consensus that this was the best in terms of everyone being able to have their own breathing room. We especially appreciated all of the beautiful roses and landscaping in the front yard. What a beautiful hobby! Thanks again, Donna L. This home is the perfect place for a high-end, adult retreat for the not-too-pretentious yet more-luxuriously-inclined set. It is conveniently located to Atlanta’s BEST attractions and the home’s surrounding area of Buckhead is NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! The home itself is lavishly furnished and the massive T.V. and entertainment unit was especially pleasing to the men on New Year’s - FOOTBALL – weekend. More notably for the women, the kitchen, dining and deck space was spectacular, and the exquisite “Baby Grand” had me dreaming of Christmas get-togethers there. Adding that the home’s owners lived up to the expected Southern-hospitality and were extremely gracious in all our dealings. . . The memories of ringing in 2011 will be treasured memories, indeed.
