  My wife and I go to Helen every year and have rented numerous cabins, condos, and hotel rooms and this was by far the best experience we have had to date in doing so. The owners Mike and Janice are extremely accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Pictures do not do justice to their condo. All of the rooms are huge and the open floor space in the living room / kitchen area is perfect – TV, fireplace, and a balcony too sit out on. It was spotless and fully equipped ready for our stay. We walked to downtown Helen and didn’t use our car the entire time. Good thing actually because it snowed the night we arrived. Sitting in the Jacuzzi while it’s snowing outside is the best. We will only rent this condo moving forward and I recommend you do the same. It has to be one of the best values in town.   We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in Helen. The condo was clean , had plenty of sleeping room. The owner was very easy to deal with. The condo is in a good location we walked all over town . great place would stay again. would not recommend for ederly just because of the stairs .

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

  I just want to drop a note to say what a wonderful trip we had in Helen, GA. Mike and his families townhouse was Perfect! The pictures don't do it justice, everything was so clean and well kept. Lot's of room on all three floors so that we had plenty of space to spread out and have some alone time if needed. The Hot Tub and Fireplace were wonderful at night after hiking and walking all day. Very convenient to everything! All of the balconies were wonderful. Mike was so helpful and quick to respond to our emails and or phone calls. It was a pleasure to deal with such an accommodating and friendly owner. We felt right at home! We had 3 woman and 1 child in our party and had more than enough room,the only thing is we tend to use lots of towels, so you might want to bring a few extra or pick up a small bottle of laundry detergent to wash a load of towels during your stay. But I'm sure if we'd known we might need more towels Mike would have been more than happy to accommodate us with that too. Thanks again for a great stay! Can't wait to do it again soon!

  The condo was better than described, very clean & homey. The numerous balconies made for nice spots to relax. The condo is close to so many things within walking distance, Helen Water Park, Festhalle, several restaurants, Miniature Golf and the Ice Cream Shoppe, yet it is very peaceful. Downtown Helen is under five minutes away. I would love to take my family back in October!

  The townhouse is as advertised, clean, neat, good location. In town, on the river, but away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The owner was very accomodating, we made a last minute decsion to get away for the weekend and Mike was great to work with. Our first time back in Helen since our kids were little and I was glad to see that it had rebounded some. Our last time there, about 10 years ago it appeared to be declining somewhat. But now new hotels, new condos, water park, new mini golf, looks like they're on the rebound. Hofers Bakery was still a great place for breakfast and the tubing was good even for a senior citizen!!!!!

  The listing on this property is completely accurate. Condo location can't be more convenient. Within walking distance of water park, tubing, great Mexican & BBQ restaurants and discount store. Short drive to main drag. Owner was more than helpful in arranging our stay; accommodating a short last minute trip. Condo was extremely clean, well maintained and quiet. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals with. Floor plan worked great for us with each bedroom having its own bath. Hot tub was enjoyed by all! Would recommend this property to closest friends and relatives. Kids had a great time at the water park and tubing. Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls were beautiful!
