It has new air-conditioning, new large tile on the diagonal, crown molding, and a spacious bedroom. Seconds story unit with stairs to balcony.
One of the fabulous things about this rental is its proximity to lots of things to do. Only 90 minutes to ORLANDO (Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, outlet malls), 45 minutes to TAMPA (Busch Gardens, Aquarium and Raymond James Stadium - Home of the Super Bowl in 2009) and 20 minutes to SARASOTA (Ringling Museum, Jungle Gardens, Siesta Key). Only 15 minutes to world-class shopping and dining at St. Armands Circle. One of the country's largest outlet malls is in Ellenton 20 minutes away.
Take a trip along the beach on the free trolley. The greatest thing about this area of Florida is that it still retains the old Florida beauty (no large high condominiums on these terrific beaches)... And the beaches... Just as it is represented. Ideal for two people and the beach is at your doorstep. Everything worked good and we had no problems. Prefrred the less crowded beach enviroment but close enough to all the action to make this an easy stay. Would definetley plan on returning. Anna Maria Island is laid back, perfect for those not wanting to rush. Don't get hung up on the three towns on the island. Everything is nearby.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Wow what an amazing view. This is a second floor condo and you have a really great view of the ocean. The water was a beautiful aqua clear blue color and very flat for our first 4 days. As storms rolled in it got a little choppy but still very small waves. The condo was comfortable for 2 people. And the location allowed for easy access to shopping and restaurant. We loved the fact that there were tree's and scrubs right on the beach which made for some very nice pictures. Our stay was quiet and relaxing.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Anna Maria:
It was in a small building with only 12 units directly on the beach. There were views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room. Because the building was only two stories high it was like getting a penthouse (LOL). The place simply put is 'beach bliss!'
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
nothing between the condo and the Gulf but SAND...no roads to cross during heavy traffic days...just a beautiful sun-kissed beach, great shells, warm Gulf water...all on an island that did not allow for big tall buildings...that kept its original Florida feeling...
