    • A truly outstanding place to stay. It lived up to our dreams in terms of the surrounding scenery, location, quality and all the amenities of the building. A unique experience. We visited for a Xmas retreat to be with family at a special time of year. As the full moon came up the coyotes sang for us. In the morning the woodpeckers could be heard in the forest. It may have been cold outside but in our log cabin we were warmed by the generous wood burning fire which incredibly heated the whole cabin completely. Thanks Russell Barnes United Kingdom

    • What a wonderful retreat. It's is magical. The views are spectacular and the cabin is so very cozy and warm. I did not want to leave. No phones, no tv, and quiet. Plenty of ambience set the tone for my three day visit, which was the best retreat for myself and loved one. We simply loved it!

    • I highly recommend renting this cabin. It is Very quiet with a great view. The cabin is unique in every way, yet only a couple of minutes from the center of town. We simply loved our stay. No matter the weather, the views are excellent from inside or out. The bed is the most comfortable ever, with very high quality linens and pillows. (And I’m really picky on this issue.) Everything but the cabin walls and unique architectural features is new; granite kitchen, appliances, dishes, games, furniture, etc. It’s worth the stay just to experience the history of a true antique cabin, imagining all the generations that have stayed in it before. The small features make it more fun too. For example, the extra large custom dinner table is ONE solid piece of wood, 6 inches thick! (I don’t know where you find that kind of thing today. It must have been custom made or it is very old.) We highly recommend the property. The owners sincerely want everything to be perfect. Matt Magallanes
