Dining Room - Redmond Vacation Home Great rates on mid week dates in season and off season A great deal on this fantastic townhome located on the 4th fairway of the Ridge course at Eagle Crest - central Oregon's premiere resort. 3 large bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) - 2.5 baths, beautifully decorated and custom painted with room for entertaining or spending quiet time with family and friends. The resort is ideally located with 15 minutes to Redmond and 20 minutes to either Sisters or Bend. You will feel like you are in the middle of no where, but only a few minutes from a Fred Meyer or the likes. The unit is completely shaded in the afternoons, so you don't have the intense heat (something to really know when renting in the sun). Top of the line amenities in the house - better than I have at home. Check into local websites for activities. This unit is over $100 less per night than if booked thru the resort. If you need any further questions answered, please don't hesitate to call. This is THE destination for our family and friends! (one last thing, keep in mind the fall/winter seasons - only 45 minutes from door to door to Mt. Bachelor).

Winter Rate effective October 15th to March  1st, $150.00 per night
March 1st to October 15th, $175.00 per night
$250 deposit required to hold reservation. $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee.
Deposit will be refunded if reservation is canceled at least 15 days prior
to arrival, and/or the home is left in good condition. Cancellations received
less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
