Our 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom executive townhome in the exclusive Mission Shores development is on Lake Okanagan in the lower Mission Shores area next to the Eldorado Hotel and Manteo.
The home features a spacious floor plan (over 2500 SF) with over-height ceilings. The large open style kitchen comes with an island that is perfect for entertaining. A separate livingroom (with TV and pull-out couch) and a sunroom bookend the kitchen.
The unit has three large bedrooms of similar sizes (all with their own separate ensuites and TVs). The furnishings are "Cape Cod Cottage" inspired.
As residents of Mission Shores, you will have use of its own private beach (that is groomed daily). There is also the option to utilize your very own private boat moorage (please call in advance to discuss). In the center courtyard of the complex there is a large outdoor pool and hot tub.
Other features are barbeque and games/entertainment room (ping pong, pool table, weight room and large kitchen and lounge area to host parties).
Located close to the Eldorado Hotel, you can rent boats, jet skis, seadoos, kayaks etc.
Enjoy golfing may top BC golf courses including Gallagher's Canyon and Harvest.
Wineries such as Cedar Creek, Mission Hills and Quails Gate are not far away.
There is a world-class fitness complex with hockey & soccer camps and an indoor waterpark that is minutes away.
Big White Ski Resort is 45 minutes away for amazing winter skiing/snowboarding/snowmobiling.
