Our condo community is called Hacienda de Mita. It is located behind the gates of the beautiful Punta Mita / Four Seasons area. Hacienda de Mita is the only condo area next to the beach in Punta Mita. There are beautiful facilities, available to YOU, behind the gates in Punta Mita. The beach club is fantastic. It offers beach side spa services, dining, food and drink service around the pool & on the beach. The beach is gorgeous and the food and drinks are wonderful. It is located by the world famous "island green" - #3b. There are beautiful walking trails, where you can see birds and other small wild animals. There are grass and hard surface tennis courts. Lessons are available, or you can just play. There is no additional charge to play tennis. The Jack Nicklaus golf course is also available. You will get a discount because you are staying in our unit, and considered our guest. The golf course was voted #1 in the world, in a reader poll, in Conde Naste magazine 2006. Punta Mita also offers a 24 hour emergency care center. That is under 5 minutes from our unit. It is staffed by emergency techs and a medical doctor. There is also an ambulence.
Our unit offers DAILY maid service included in the rental rates. We have a full time concierge service. Diego will book any of your needs including: dinner reservations, tee times, airport transfers, grocery purchases, car rentals, baby sitting, zip lining, scuba/snorkeling, fishing trips, etc. He can arrange for you to have cooks brought into the unit, for spectacular Mexican cuisine.
Our unit is beautifully appointed with custom Design Center furniture. There are white marble floors, and high grade appliances. The beds have American pillow top mattresses, and beautiful linens. The unit was completed in early 2007, so it is brand new. In addition we had a complete water purifying system put into the unit, and it covers all water faucets & ice maker.
We are very fortunate to be able to walk to the restraunt area in the town of Punta de Mita. The locals are awesome, very welcoming, friendly people. The restraunts, mostly on the beach, offer great food and drink at very reasonable prices. There are also great restraunts from Sayulita to Puerta Vallarta!

The town of Punta Mita is in walking distance of the unit, the food and local people are well worth the experience. The beach has great surfing as well as very enjoyable water activities.. There are numerous restaurant inside the property such as the Famous; Four Season resort as well as the Saint Regis hotel. when in season, the Whale watching is the best in the world.
