Welcome to our home in paradise at Hali'i-Kai 9G. Against the beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Ocean, lies the brand new Hali’i Kai Ocean Club Residences, at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. This property is located on the majestic Kohala Gold Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, just a short 20 minute drive north of the Kona International Airport and the resort town of Kailua-Kona.
Our Hali’i Kai unit is situated on the signature 12th hole of the famous Beach Golf Course with fabulous views over the golf course to the beautiful blue Pacific ocean views and just a short walk to the fantastic Ocean Club (ocean front pools, dining, BBQ & Fitness Pavilion).
WE HAVE PURCHASED THE GOLF PACKAGE SO OUR GUESTS CAN NOW GOLF FOR $50 PER ROUND AT THE KING'S COURSE AND $75 PER ROUND AT THE BEACH GOLF COURSE.
Our oceanfront home is located on the signature 12th hole at the famous Waikoloa Golf Club Beach Course, next door to the world famous Hilton Waikoloa Resort Complex. This is a true resort in every sense of the word. One can walk to the Hilton's well known Kohala Spa and swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin encounter, dine at one of the 6 restaurants, sun bathe on the white sand beaches of Anaeho'omalu Bay or snorkel with the turtles, kayak over the waves or take a sunset cruise. Or, take a break from the sun and take the trolley down to the Kings' Shops and enjoy the variety of stores and restaurants, including famous Roy’s and Merriman’s Café. The heliport is within a 5 minute drive if you want to see the island by air.
This three bedroom, three bath home will accommodate up to six people comfortably. Our home features a king-size bed in the master suite and queen size beds in the guest suites.
Other featured items in our home include climate controlled air-conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, beautiful tropical décor, beautiful art and luxurious linens, a large screen High Definition TV with a DVD/CD system in the great room, flat panel TV in master suite. Our home also includes a gourmet kitchen, solid granite counter tops and high end appliances.
An exceptional view awaits you from our fully tiled lanai, including volcanoes, the golf course, swaying palms, white water waves, and the ocean sunsets. Also in the winter and spring months, whale watching is right off the lanai and Ocean Club.
As a valued guest, you will have full access to the private Ocean Club and all of it's amenities featuring a meandering Oceanfront lagoon style pool that will entices you and where comfortable lounge chairs await you, to literally float your cares away. The ocean club also has a relaxing spa with sandy bottom, and children’s wading pool. Get in your work out at the oceanfront fitness cabana, with it's unobstructed 180 degree view of the blue ocean and the horizon. The clubhouse Café serves lunch several days a week, or enjoy your own seaside barbecue with your family and new friends, dine in the covered pavilion. Throughout much of the year you can also enjoy all of the Hilton’s amenities for a nominal daily fee.
Activities on the Big Island are walking tours through the Ancient Hawaiian Petroglyphs, Biking in the Big Island is the home of the Ford Motor Company’s Ironman Triathlon, Championship golf, 36 holes at the Beach and King’s courses, Tennis is available at the World Famous Hilton Hotels Kohala Spa and Sports facility, Sport Fishing, Horseback riding, Shopping at the Kings Shops, Restaurants, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Helicopter tours, tropical rain forests and waterfalls, and of course the Volcanoes National Park, a must see while visiting the Big Island.
