Our large & airy, very quiet retreat by the sea is centrally located across the street from the beach, just off South Forest Beach Drive, an easy 5-minute, 900-foot (so we hear) stroll to the beach and nearby paths and trails (50 miles!), hip coffee shops, bakeries, groceries, local shops, and restaurants located in and around Coligny Plaza.
Our private townhouse is the most spacious 2-bedroom, 2 & 1/2-bath end villa at Ocean Breeze. It is nearest to the ocean, has the easiest, most abundant parking and is just up the road from the bike rental.
We've completely refinished the interior with fresh paint, new appliances, new 32" and 26" televisions with DVD/CD players, new beds and linens, as well as all-new furnishings (including a queen sofa sleeper) in classic nautical and beach themes. We have also provided an extensive library of books, DVDs and games for quieter pleasures.
This is our only rental villa, so it is especially important to us that the needs of our guests are met and exceeded.
We hope you'll love the romantically appointed master bedroom with its roomy king bed, Nautica linens and plentiful storage, including a 5-drawer chest and an armoire, an en suite bath with jacuzzi tub and his & hers sinks. There is also a private deck off the master with a table and chairs to relax in the quiet evening breeze.
The cozy second bedroom has 2 twin beds with Liz Claiborne linens, plenty of storage, and another full en suite bath.
Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. A full laundry facility is situated between the bedrooms. Everything but beach towels has been provided for your accommodation.
Your comfort is assured with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, high-speed internet access on a wireless router, premium cable service, three pools, tennis courts, and nearby access to Player's Fitness Health Club where, for a nominal fee, your party may access the heated indoor pool, an indoor & outdoor jacuzzi, aerobic, pilates & yoga classes, an indoor racquetball court, treadmills, stepping machines and free weights.

Warm ivory beaches, fertile salt marshes, azaleas, magnolias, palmetto trees, resident alligators and nearly 200 species of birds including the snowy egrets, large blue heron and osprey - all provide a unique backdrop for over 45 championship golf courses, superior tennis facilities (over 300), yacht harbors, fine dining, and abundant activities.

Enjoy a multitude of cruise options - Intercoastal, Historic, Sunset, Eco or Dolphin. You can frequently spot Bottlenose dolphins while walking along the beach or while cruising Calibogue Sound.
Twelve miles of hard sand complement abundant hiking, biking and running trails. In addition, we're near Van der Meer Tennis University, the Player's Club Fitness Center, world-class golf courses, and 250 restaurants island wide.
Visit one of the island's oldest structures, Queen Chapel A.M.E. church, founded in 1865 by slaves from Pope Plantation. Down the road is Mitchelville, a respite for refugee slaves during the Civil War. Remains of Civil War Forts Fort Howell, Fort Walker, and Fort Mitchel are located on the island's north end.
It is believed that native peoples inhabited the island as long as 4,000 years ago. Today, remnants of shell rings measuring 240-feet across and 9-feet high are still found on the island. Visitors will find these mysterious rings in Seapines Forest Preserve and off Squire Pope Road. Please visit us for the holiday everyone remembers as their best. Last-minute bookings may be available. Rent and $250 deposit are required but will be refunded in full upon satisfactory closing inspection. Again, we do not allow smoking or pets.
