The villa was very nice as descibed. There were plenty of towels and kithchen supplies for our stay and abundant movies for the rainy afternoon we experienced. It was close to the complex pool yet convenient to walk to the beach. The walk to shops and dining was very relaxing yet it was not a hassle to drive to other locations. The villa was very roomy and the furnishings were well done. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

We lived in Hilton Head several years ago and we knew exactly where we wanted to be on the Island. This condo is perfectly located right in the middle close to Coligny Plaza and a short walk to the beach. It is well kept and very clean. Everything you need for the beach is already there so less packing! we truly enjoyed it!

A lovely townhouse at Hilton Head

We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday here in early March. The property is even better than described. It is quiet, very well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking on the beach and sipping coffee and watching the world go by at Coligny Circle. We also rented bikes and rode on the beach-what fun! We also spent a very interesting day in Savannah, which is less than an hour away. Julie was great to work with. You can't go wrong staying here.

We love staying at this townhome. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It was equipped with everything that you might need and more, specially the kitchen. It was close to everything. My sons loved the movie selection, the beach toys, the pool, the biking trails and the beach. They did not want to leave. Julie was very resourceful everytime we needed to contact her. We will definitively consider going back.

We stayed here in this condo and it was amazing. It is beautiful, well kept, plenty of storage for our things and provided all the beach items we needed, as well as, being to grill out. Just a short walk to the beach, about 5 minutes, which was very convenient. We absolutely loved staying there and will most definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed here with our daughters. It is such a comfortable place with everything you need for a great stay. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach and you can even walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny. It is exactly as the pictures show and very clean and tidy. There is also everything you could need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, boards etc.. We always go to Truffles Cafe for a meal while we are here and highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here when we come again.

What a great find in Hilton Head! Our stay was so comfortable, clean...perfect. When we arrived the townhome was inviting inside and out & the cleaning gal was so sweet and accomodating. The grounds are well maintained and it was beautiful just walking around the complex. The pools (2 that we frequented) were clean and uncrowded. It's so convenient to shopping and dining and of course the beach! The inside, being 2 floors ,was spacious and nicely decorated, beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for 5-6 people. It was very well equipped- we didn't want for anything. The description and pictures were accurate. We loved it and it did truly feel "like home". I loved the beach chairs, toys and cart that were provided-so convenient! Julie and mgt.was always available per phone for help if needed( i.e. a bees nest outside the front door which mgt. quickly came and took care of!) The movie selection was out of this world- something for everyone! We say "thanks so much" and have recommended this place to all who ask about our vacation. We loved biking everywhere and loved The Smokehouse, Truffles Cafe and Giuseppes !!! Thank you again and we would love to come back! Donna & children

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa at Ocean Breeze. From the very comfortable beds, spacious accommodations, large washer and drier in the laundry room, great home movie selection, kitchen filled with whatever gadget you needed, and more we were right at home. Anything we needed was there. It was great to have the beach cart as the walk to and from, while pleasant, is more like ten minutes than five. The cart took care of everything. The villa is homey, comfortable, and very clean. We enjoyed the private deck off the master bedroom a few evenings, as well, as the temperatures were cool enough to be outside. The location is near to everything you may want to enjoy at Hilton Head, and the villa ran true to all that Julie describes on the web site. We would highly recommend visiting the Jazz Corner for great food and good jazz music. We also enjoyed eating at the Santa Fe restaurant. Thanks, Julie and family for loaning your home to us for our two weeks at the beach. We would recommend your place to anyone. :)

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and the experience was wonderful. The property was even nicer than we were expecting. Every room was very spacious, clean, well furnished, and comfortable - it truly felt like a home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful. The beach access is very convenient to the property and appeared to be one of the least populated strands of the beach. All of our communications with the owner were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return to Hilton Head next summer and we will definitely be making our reservations early to be able to stay in this same property.

This is our second vacation in this beautiful townhouse, and it was just as great, if not better, than the first time a couple of years ago! The condo has everything we needed and more, and there was plenty of room for the five of us to spread out. It was a quick walk to the beach and Coligny. We recomend Giuseppi's up 278, The Smokehouse on Palmetto Bay, and Hinchey's, just around the corner on South Forest Beach Drive in the Metropolitan Hotel. We would come back every year if we could. Home away from home!

First, let me just say that this condo is beautiful, functional and well appointed. You won't find many that are this comfortable and "like home"! It is an easy walk to the beach, and with the discounted bike rentals, is a wonderful home base for miles of biking both on an off the sand. The complex also has three pools and tennis courts, so take your pick! When we arrived for our Memorial Day week at the condo, we had a bit of a bumpy start, but Julie was absolutely fabulous in helping us get settled in and comfortable -- and she remained accessible and connected throughout our week. We could not have asked for a better hostess. And of course, Hilton Head is wonderful anytime of the year!

Unbelievable Escape

There are so many properties on the web when you are looking for somewhere to stay. You spend so much time looking for the perfect place, at a reasonable price, that will not look like your average hotel room when you show up and remember, looks can be deceiving in pictures. We found that the pictures did not do the condo justice nor were we disappointed when we walked into our condo. Our stay was amazing! We went room to room looking for flaws or waiting to find something that would disappoint us and we could not find anything. The beds were out of this world comfortable, the colors were bright and cheery, and every amenity was covered (well with the exception of room service). Our week stay was exactly what we were hoping for on our honeymoon! Families, couples, or honeymooners would not be disappointed with their staying here. We can not wait until our return trip! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A Wonderful "Second Home" Experience in a Great Location on an Absolutely Beautiful Island!

When we first arrived at the townhouse, we were pleasantly surprised. It was beautifully decorated and, most importantly, it felt like home. We have (2) children, a 6-year old and 9-month old, so as a mom it was important for me to find a place that was in no way like a hotel. We decided to bring some of our own food and snacks to minimize expenses during our stay. After all, eating three square meals a day for one week can empty your pockets pretty fast. (That's 21 meals per person!) The Kitchen was full-equipped with beautiful Wolfgang Puck pots and pans with drawers and cabinets that were fully-stocked with all of the necessities one would need to make a great meal for the family. You can either eat in the Dining Room on a beautiful and spacious counter-height dining table or park it on a stool and eat at the bar. The Living Room is very comfortable with a great selection of DVDs for all ages and books for avid readers. There is something for everyone in the entertainment armoire. For those of us who can not leave home without our laptops, connecting to WiFi was quick and easy. Upstairs, Bedroom #1 is equipped with (2) beds (perfect for our 6-year old princess who decided her stuffed animal and pillow pet needed a bed of their own) and cute dressers with plenty of space for clothes. Additional blankets are available by the multitude in the closet. The Master Bedroom is extremely spacious with a comfortable King bed and a private balcony equipped with two chairs and a table, perfect for moments of tranquility when the kids are asleep. The Laundry Room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, not those stackable washer/dryers that only hold five garments and turn your clothes blue. When you are ready to go to the beach, go to the closet located on the patio. It is fully equipped with beach chairs, beach mats, and beach toys for the kids. (How thoughtful!) During your stay, you will appreciate the decor on a daily basis. You can tell the Owner(s) took a lot of time and put a lot of thought into making the townhome comfortable and beautiful. The color scheme of the walls are beautiful pastels and as you walk throughout the home and all of the accents are reminiscent of the beach. It's just beautiful. The location was perfect. Winter Getaway at Ocean Breeze

This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we immediately fell in love with the island. The condo is in excellent condition and within easy walking distance to the beach, health club, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. The condo is very spacious and well appointed with beautiful artwork, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking our evening meals. The condo is very inviting and made us feel as if we were home upon arrival. I would definitely consider staying here again for future visits. Julie, We had a wonderful time. It is nice to get away and just chill. Your home is lovely. We certainly enjoyed our stay. Everything was fine with the exception that there was no toilet paper to begin our stay. It was great to have you beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed some delicious seafood at Alexanders, Crazy Crab and The Old Oyster Factory. The Golden Nails(in Bi-Lo shopping center) did a great job on my manicure. Our Honeymoon At Ocean Breeze.....

We stayed at the Ocean Breeze Villa September 13-18 of 2010. The villa was beautifuly decorated, spotlessly clean and nice and cool when we arrived. Your directions in the extensive information packet about the property were perfect and we had no troubles entering the property. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and we loved it. We were on our honeymoon. Absolutely loved staying at this property because it was close to the beach, and to shopping and restaurants. The beach access is directly across the street and not very close to the public beach so it wasn't crowded. We walked in the moonlight on the beach every night, it was very romantic. Who needs Mexico when you can have a wonderful honeymoon on the beatiful beaches of Hilton Head Island???? We loved all of the wonderful amenities the property had to offer such as master bedroom with walk in closet and large bathroom!! Loved the private deck off the master bedroom too. Although we didn't use the other bedroom, it was beautifully decorated and very clean as was the whole property. The kitchen had everything we needed, we cooked breakfast every day and had dinner one night that we cooked on the grill. The kitchen was well stocked for a family. We loved the shaded deck and found that having all of the beach chairs, Beach toys, boogie boards (we rode the waves on these and had a ball!!) and grill to be very convenient. We loved all of the books, and movies you had as well as all of the information about the island, what to do, where to eat etc. Wonderful. The property looked exactly like the photos and the listing accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!! The weather was perfect the entire week. We ate at some wonderful restaurants on HH. We enjoyed great meals at the following places: The Sea Shack, Steamers, The Salty Dog Cafe (love the outdoor bar there and visited a few times) Marleys (get the Seafood Linguine) and we had a great Prime Rib on the Harbor Island Sunset Dinner Cruise. Had a great plate of peal and eats and some awesome crab bisque on Harbor Island as well. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful property, we had a glorious honeymoon vacation there.

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Breeze this past week in August 2010 for our first time. Everything was neat, clean and the kitchen had everything we could ever need, JUST LIKE AT HOME!!! The beach was within walking distance and so easy to get to. Directions from Julie were right on and she checked on us to make sure everything was A-OK at the villa. Which sure made us feel she wanted everything to go smooth for us. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay which made it a perfect week for our family!!

We couldn't have asked for a better host. The townhome was emaculate with beautiful decor. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we did not have any connections on places to stay, so we took a chance and what a great chance it was. The walk to the ocean was just 10 minutes away, while the pool was just a short stroll out the back door. It was a quiet family neighborhood with beautiful palm trees surrounding and just minutes to great restaurants and attractions. We would definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends. My family of 4 had a great relaxing time that had to end too soon. We can't thank Julie enough for the use of her vacation home and hospitality.

We had a wonderful experience for our first time in Hilton Head. The entire family (two children - 8 & 11) all want to return this summer as well. The townhouse was lovely and the location was a dream. We rode bicycles, visited all three pools on the property and went to the beach every day. The beach was not crowded at all compared to other locations in Hilton Head. We used the outdoor grill at the townhouse four out of the seven nights and enjoyed dinner at the famous Salty Dog Cafe. We even took a day trip to Savannah which I highly recommend to everyone! We look forward to returning in the near future!

Lovely townhome near beach

We loved our vacation in South Forest Beach. The proximity to the beach was huge, especially for the kids, though they liked the pools just as much. The townhouse felt more like a home than a typical condo or flat. It was large and furnished beautifully. The size and layout made it possible for all of us to relax in different areas of the house, which was relaxing after spending the day together. And because my daughter has asthma, it was reassuring that it has a no pet, no smoking policy. We had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable. I would say it was our best family vacation ever. My husband and I are planning to return in the Fall, just the two of us.
