This 1200 square foot condominium was newly renovated in 2007. All new stainless steel appliances, new furniture, all new flooring (hardwood, tile and carpet), new granite counter-tops.
The property is located at 385 Old Epps Bridge Road, so please use your GPS or Map Quest to determine convenience to your plans in Athens.
The condo is stocked with all paper products and nice dishware, silverware and cooking ware.
To help make your stay more pleasant, upon arrival you will find the kitchen stocked with a case of cold bottled water, a twelve pack of Diet Coke, Coke, and Sprite. There will also be a bottle of red wine and a chilled bottle of white. Hope you enjoy :)
For longer stays, would be glad to negotiate a longer term rental cost.

We really enjoyed our stay at this two bedroom townhome. The accommodations are very nice - hardwood floors downstairs and granite countertops in the kitchen. Very nice and comfortable beds with all the comforts of home. The home seems new. We had plenty of glasses, plates, etc - and also plenty of towels, linen. We all said "wow! we could live here!" The community is SO QUIET!!! I don't think I've ever slept anywhere quieter. Parking spots were always available right at the front door. The townhome backs up to a wooded area, and we saw 3 deer one morning. We are a pretty tough crowd to please, and no one had any complaints. Easy drive over to campus - it was a great "home base" for our football activities - and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The rental agent was very responsive and easy to reach. We will for sure stay there again on our next trip Between the Hedges! Go Dawgs! :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful weekend in this very lovely condo. All four of us were very comfortable and enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy this time together. The condo is very attractive and extremely clean. There were plenty of linens and the ONLY complaints we had were a shortage of paper products and the lack of beverages that had been advertised. The owners were very prompt in communications and made the arrangements very easy to make. They make themselves very accessible and even leave a cell number for any problems. We would recommend this condo and will certainly stay there again whenever we are in Athens.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Recently visited Athens to explore the possibility of moving there. Condo was great. In a good location and we were even able to take the bus to the UGA game. Both the owner and property manager helpful and very available.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Great place to stay! We rented both condos that are available in the complex to accomodate our extended family. The property manager was terrific to work with! The condos were very clean and fully stocked with plenty of linens, paper products and even sodas and wine! Our only problem was the queen bed in one of the condos was a little squeaky, but other than that we have no other complaints! We drove into downtown Athens every day and it was a very easy and quick commute. We would definately stay again if we need a place in Athens.Did you find this review helpful? A seamless experience! The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and had more amenities that one would expect. Property is in a great location and obviously well-managed. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Athens!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Unit was very clean, updated and spacious. Lots of room for our family of four. Staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our late arrival and keeping us up to date on the details of our stay.
