See all the parasailers going down Smathers Beach as you drive home. Plenty of room for an RV, 30+ foot boat or up to 5 cars. Fenced in Backyard for your pet or your children to play in. Completely soundproof doors and windows make the house suction cup close, great for the a/c, with plenty of beautiful lighting all day. This will be your second home.

  • Pet Friendly: Tiled throughout with 18 inch tiles, hurricane strength windows & doors make damage near impossible. Just clean after your pet please. (Plus backyard is fenced in)

  • Smoking Not Allowed: If you must smoke please do so outside. It is hard to get the smoke out for the next renters and the air conditioning & ductwork are all brand new so we would love to protect them.

  • My husband, friends and I stayed in this house last week. Just got home last night. We loved it! It was very roomy and there was NO BUGS! Always a plus. This was a very quiet and safe area. To our delight the kitchen lacked in no way. Everything we needed was there. Everything was exactly as described and Tim and Jessica were very helpful even before we started our vacation. This is the only place we want to stay when we go to Key West. Thank you Tim and Jessica for a ***** five star vacation!! The Connellys and friends

  • We rented your home the first week of April 2008 with our son, Ryan Woody and two other kids. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable with the accomodations. We will definately recommend it to our friends. It was so nice to just get food and beach towels for the stay. And the price was great! Thanks so very much for letting use it. We had a great family time with the kids!
