A Refundable Security/Cleaning Deposit of $200 is required.
11% sales tax (6% state/5% tourism) on all rentals of less than 6 months.
Rates include electric, water, pest control & high speed internet.
Cable TV can be added for $60/month.
A Cleaning fee of $60 will be charged on rentals of less than 2 weeks.
