Located on Medano Beach (the primary swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas) and within walking distance of town, Villa La Estancia is a full ownership condominium community with all of the services of a luxury resort, including 24 hour front desk services, a Concierge to arrange activities, make restaurant reservations, secure transportation, and take care of all of your needs while visiting Villa La Estancia.

The beautiful Infinity pools feature lovely fountains and a swim-up bar. Enjoy the five ocean view hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa (in-Villa massage available). There are two private tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding breakfasts lunches and dinner or enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach - just ask one of the friendly waiters!! If you have a car, parking is free.

The La Casona gourmet restaurant offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All of the water at the resort is purified for your convenience and safety. Free high-speed Internet access is available in each Villa through the resort's LAN. WiFi is accessible in the pool area.

All Villa La Estancia guests also have full privileges at Villa del Palmar, and Villa del Arco right next door. They both offer a wide range of recreational activities, two excellent restaurants,and a Kids in Paradise children's program.

There is also a mini-mall with supermarket, deli, video rental, Internet café, and craft shops located on-site.

The Villa features two bedrooms (one with a king bed; the other with two queen beds) and three full bathrooms. There is an electronic security box in the Master Bedroom. The Master bath features a jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table, and double sinks. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressing areas, televisions and telephones.

There is a third bathroom (with shower) adjacent to the living/dining area. The large furnished terrace includes a wet bar and mini-refrigerator.

The Villa features a large living room (TV/VCR/DVD Stereo system), dining room and full kitchen including a complete stove (with microwave and oven), dishwasher, garbage disposal, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer, and large pantry. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances.

Travetine marble floors, 10 foot ceilings in the living areas, solid maple entry door and maple kitchen cabinets, granite countertops in the bathrooms, zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans complete this luxury Villa.

When rented as a 1 BR/2 BA, you will have all of the features of the Villa except the Guest Bedroom.
