Ideal location in center of Europe. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within Stuttgart. Stuttgart is home of companies like Mercedes and Porsche. Array of restaurants/biergartens, bakeries, butcher shops, and supermarkets are within short walking distance of home. One of most famous regional restaurants is within 2 blocks. 2 of the main street car lines are also within a few minute walk of the house. This street car gets you to main Stuttgart train station in 15 minutes. Stuttgart is excellently linked to other European towns. IE: Paris 3.5 hours, 2 hours to Zurich, 2 hours to Munich, 5 hours to Prague, 5 hours to Berlin, etc. With such access, the need for a rental car should not be necessary. Gas in Europe is much higher than most other countries. House has 2 floors available and we can customize the arrangements based on visitor needs.
