This brand new, luxurious home is located in the heart of Hilton Head Island's premier resort destination; Palmetto Dunes. The home is situated on a private, fresh water lake, complete with boatdock. Most every room has an expansive view of the lake and surrounding shoreline. The setting is quiet and serene; providing complete privacy to the backyard and pool area. All of this privacy, yet only a short walk to one of Hilton Head Island's most famous beaches.
The home has two large master suites along with another bedroom that can serve as a third master. Large "walk-in" showers and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath add to the elegance of these spacious bathrooms. Another bedroom veatures two twins. The 5th bedroom is quite large, featuring two queen size beds and a TV viewing area with a queen sleeper sofa.
The large dining room seats 10 comfortably. There's also a breakfast table that seats four. And, three stools at the "island" in the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen boasts top of the line appliances; including a professional grade gas cooktop and oversized refrigerator.
Imported stone covers all of the floors in the general living area and granite tops are found, not only in the kitchen, but also in all bathrooms and laundry room. Televisions are found in every bedroom; plus a 60 inch plasma TV is located in the living room. A "whole house" audio system and wireless, high speed internet access make this truly a 21st century home.
Outdoor living is enjoyed on either one of the two large rear decks, overlooking the lake. The lower level deck is covered, making it available to enjoy in all types of weather. A large stainless steel gas grill allows for outdoor cooking, year-round.
A large, two car garage, plus plenty of outdoor, off-street parking, provide more than adequate room for several vehicles. The home is ideally arranged for multi-family gatherings.

This house is beautiful and is perfect for multi-family vacations. The bedrooms are gorgeous and the common areas very large and comfortable. The kitchen and pool area are our favorites. This was our fourth summer renting from Larry, and we have rented six of his homes. They are always beautiful and offer the best of Hilton Head, and always provide a perfect vacation! Can't wait to come back!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
