The Condo is clean and beautifully decorated with lanais to relax on. The beach is lovely and uncrowded and the comfortable cabanas further enhance your stay on the beach. The service at the reception and the pool is impeccable, and the housekeeping service is accommodating. So forget the waterslides and stay in a place truly compatible with paradise-the Alii. The hotel semi-surrounds a beachfront pool, a children’s wading pool, spa tub, fitness room, and picnic area with beachside gas barbecue grills. The hotel has three lighted tennis courts with complimentary weekday tennis clinics. We've vacationed in Maui for many years. This condo was exceptional with a great view of the beach and ocean and very clean. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and stocked. The furnishings were tasteful and well maintained. The Alii is a great complex with one of the best beaches in Kaanapali. It is very well located--just a short walk to Whaler's Village. We would definitely rent this unit again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented three units at the Alii this year and loved all the amenities, the pool area was great for families with small children, and we used the bbq area almost nightly. The units were a great fit for us with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would love to go back next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
