Ground-floor one bedroom Condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Located in a beachfront building, from the front door, the sand and water are visable. Beach in front of building is wide, sandy, and great for swimming, walking, or just laying out. Condo is located in a small privately owned condo complex of 8 units directly on Simpson Beach. Private and quiet. Walk a few steps and save a bundle on your vacation. Great for the budget or extended stay visitor to St. Martin.
Condo contains all linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella. Maid Service is 1x per week, but an ample supply of fresh clean towels are left out for guests to use.
