This unit will awaken your senses with its' beautiful tropical décor featuring ceramic tile in living room, dining area, kitchen, hall and both bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen features granite counters and refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. A custom mirrored wall reflects the beautiful gulf and spectacular sunsets. In addition to the three barstools, an oval dining table comfortably seats four. Happy Hours can be enjoyed on the balcony furnished with bright yellow Telescope dining table with four chairs, lounger & two side chairs with table.

Just like renting a two bedroom unit since the bunkroom is private offering a bunkbed with double on the bottom and twin on top. A nice size bureau is provided with TV and DVD player and a door for privacy. The second bath is located conveniently across the hall. Children and guests will find this area very comfortable.

Located on the 20th floor providing the quiet you deserve on your vacation. Try it once and you'll love the quiet and spectacular views from this location. You won't be disappointed! Keep in mind that parking takes up the first 4 levels, then the pool deck on the 5th which this unit overlooks. Like being on the 14th floor!

YOU'LL LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF PARKING UNDER THE BUILDING; NOT TO MENTION THE GOLF VIEWS AS YOU ENTER THIS FABULOUS FACILITY. Two pools; one heated, two hot tubs & large fitness center overlooking the gulf. On site jet ski rental, parasailing & water cycles in season.

  • WE ARE STAYING IN THIS UNIT AS WE SPEAK.THIS IS A WONDERFUL VACATION GETAWAY. WE LOVE THE VIEW AND THE DECORATING IS GREAT. A GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE PAID. CAPTAIN JOHN AND IRENE TILLMAN ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO.

  • We loved Captain John and Irene's Condo! The colors were warm and inviting, and the condo was a cool place to stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We saw dolphin, fireworks on the 4th of July, beautiful sunsets, and incredible thunderstorms rolling in off the gulf. The furniture is top notch! Especially loved the wonderful couch and chair in the living room. Very comfortable. The chair was much fought over. The kitchen is well stocked for a family such as ours who cooks in while on vacation. Having a set of beach chairs and an umbrella was a big plus. We've not had that before. Also the keyless entry is absolutely the way to go. After having it, renting another condo without keyless entry would be a deal breaker. If you're debating between Sunrise Beach and another condo, pick this place. The pools are great, the location is great, and having parking in your building instead of across the street is awesome. As for Captain John and Irene's condo, you're gonna love it!
