Why the Owner Chose Palermo Soho
Palermo Soho is the hub of what's new in Buenos Aires. From the best ethnic restaurants to the cutting edge art galleries and one of a kind boutique stores. All I need to do is walk out of my door!
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
The loft is right in front of the heart of Palermo: Palermo Viejo Square or Plaza Armenia, as the locals call it. I love seeing the changing of the seasons, mostly all jacaranda trees in bloom during the month of October and February. Nothing beats drinking some good Malbec on the Hammocks in the terrace watching the sun set over Palermo.
There is a farmers market on the street where the loft is located every Saturday, best place to buy fresh fruit and home made cheeses!
Owner's Map of Palermo Soho
I was born and raised in Argentina but have been living and working in California for almost 30 years now. I bought the loft in Palermo as an "excuse" to get back to Argentina more often.
I am an architect and have personally taken care of every single detail in the loft, from the materials and lighting to the artwork by well known Argentinean and Brazilian artists, so as to create the nicest possible environment for my home away from home.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We had an excellent time here and I highly recommend it. It was immaculately maintained and the decor was very cool. It's in a great neighborhood. Just a few blocks from countless great restaurants, bars, and lots of shopping. If I went back, I wouldn't want to stay in any other area of the city. It's perfect for relaxing. There was tons of comfortable space to hang out: a TV area, a kitchen area, living room area, and an awesome roof deck overlooking a park. The service was excellent. The owner was very quick to respond to Emails and even gave some recommendations for the area. The person we met at the apartment was extremely accommodating. She was waiting for us upon arrival, and even cheerfully agreed to come back at 6am on our departure date for us to give back the keys.
