Silver Beach Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama, and directly across the street from the largest shopping and dining complex on the beach road. Amenities include a large Gulf front swimming pool, boardwalk with shower to private beach, chair & umbrella rentals (in season), 2 elevators and reserved parking.
Our 6th floor non-smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is uniquely furnished and has just been freshly painted with vibrant colors with a tropical flair! The recently completed remodeling also includes new tile and carpet throughout as well as new TVs, Stereo, full size washer and dryer, ceiling fans and kitchen appliances!
It features a unique tempered glass balcony railing that affords breathtaking Gulf views, and glass top table with 4 comfortable chairs for outdoor dining. There's a Queen Size sleeper sofa, 3 chairs, new 32" Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD & stereo in the living room, a dining table that seats 4, and a breakfast bar that will seat 3 more.

The master bedroom has a king size bed new 24"Flat Screen TV, DVD and its own private bath. The master also opens onto the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 19" TV, and its own private entrance to the 2nd bath with shower. Conveniently located directly across from the area's largest shopping center featuring two large grocery chains, video stores, beach supplies and great family dining, this is the perfect accommodations for up to 6 guests.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with new cookware. We also have a new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave!
Our laundry room has a new full size frontloading washer and dryer!

It was very clean. Work was being done on the unit next door so we had to leave 2 days in a row to get away from the noise. That wasn't pleasant. It needs updated appliances and electronics. Everytime you open the dishwasher the door falls open, specificially. Need to update the TV's.
Owner response:Thank you for your review. We are so sorry that work was being done to the unit next door. Usually owners schedule work when there are very few guests in the building. We have just installed new carpet and tile throughout the condo including the patio. We have also installed a new stereo system, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, front loading full size washer and dryer as well as a new dishwasher. We have also painted the entire condo throughout so the unit has a fresh, clean new look!

We recently visited the beach in October and had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful and friendly. We spent many hours fishing on the pier at the Gulf State Park and the kids had a great time. We love being on the beach and this is the best place to have fun. We will be back again for the fishing and the relaxation of the condo and the beach. It is a great home a from home. The owners were very easy to work with and welcome another visit. We will be back again. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. This condo is in a fabulous, perfect location in Orange Beach; convenient to several grocery stores and drug stores (the New Publix is awesome/across the street), movie gallery, numerous great places to eat (you can walk to afew) and easy access to other good restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We loved the colorful, updated beach decor. We thought all the bright colors and fabrics were perfect for the beach!! The wide, sweeping view of the gulf from the balcony was perfect for relaxing with a good book and we dined outside for several morning/evening meals. We had a perfect vacation in a beautiful setting and we will be returning soon!
