This unit is just as described except that it has been updated since photo's. Great location in complex...close to pool (but not too close) and easy access on ground floor. The view from the covered patio is of the courtyard, pool and desert/mountain background. Very friendly community. Owners were easy to work with and unit came with everything you need to cook and have fun at the pool. Convenient to golf courses, town center, and the casino. The only drawback is that it is a tad too far (for me) to walk to the downtown shops and fountain. Might want to rent bicycle's if your car is gone with the golfers. Good food just up the street at the corner of Saguaro and Shea...Chicago Bob's has italian beef, Chicago dogs, etc. and they are the best outside of Chicago. The Fort McDowell Casino has all you can eat crab legs on Fri/Sat/Sun for 14.95 (call for times). Phil's Filling Station in the town center area has a huge menu and very good food in a quaint setting. And Scottsdale is a short ride away with my favorite, Oregano's Pizza which is in a quaint setting near Old Town with great (and I mean great) pizza and outdoor seating with heaters when it's cool and misters when it's hot. If you like pizza, you must try Oregano's.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
