This gated town home is surrounded by the Dinosaur & Superstition Mountains just 32 miles east of the Phoenix Airport. It offers a spectacular private view of the mountains and is within walking distance of a beautiful golf course, pool, spa and clubhouse. The clubhouse includes meeting and living room areas with a gas fireplace and complete kitchen. Outside the clubhouse you will find a BBQ under a covered patio. The exercise room has a variety of equipment with cable TV.
Dinosaur Mountain Golf Course has the #1 rating for public golf courses in Arizona. A total of four golf courses are within a six mile area and many others are just a short drive away. Gold Canyon has many choices to offer for restaurants, banking, grocery stores, etc. A short 15 min drive will bring you to a theatre complex and mall.
This two bedroom, two bath home has central air/heating and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed. The adjoining full master bathroom has double sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is located at the opposite side of the home and has a day bed that can be combined for use as one bed or used as twins. The second bathroom is located next to this bedroom. A comfortable inflatable queen mattress is also provided for an extra bed.
The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator (with reverse osmosis filtered water), toaster, coffeemaker, cookware and dinnerware. Counter seating is available or dining table.
The living room has a comfy leather reclining couch and other seating with a large screen TV. Surround sound, DVD player, DVD’s, and cable TV are provided.
The separate utility room has a front loading washer and dryer.
Bathroom supplies: hair dryer, soaps, linens.
Patio: Large patio table with umbrella and settee, barbeque with fantastic views of both Dinosaur and Superstition Mountains.

We found this rental excellent for our needs, and the furnishings were high quality. It was our first time visiting Gold Canyon, and the location was just a quick drive from everything The Valley of the Sun offers. Just "hanging out" and hiking in the Gold Canyon area was what we preferred to do. This property is conveniently located to many desired hiking trails in the Superstition Mountains.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.
