The Northern Bay Resort area overlooks beautiful Castle Rock Lake and is only 40 minutes north of all the attractions in the Wisconsin Dells area. This is an easy drive from the Madison area and only 3 1/2 hours from both Chicago and Minneapolis.
Your vacation retreat has 5 bedrooms including a master suite with a walk-in closet and whirlpool/shower, 2 1/2 additional bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, laundry room, loft area with a futon, and a game room. The 3 car garage can also house your boat, jet skis or ATV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and a gas grill is also available for those who enjoy cookouts. There are gas fireplaces in both the living and family rooms. Dish network, dvd and vcr players will help you pass time on a rainy day. Sun yourself on our large deck, or experience the outdoors from the comfort of our screened porch all while watching golfers navigate the 5th hole of the Midwest's only championship-replica golf course.
Fishing in summer or winter, ATV trails, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and horseback riding are all only minutes away. With all of the activities available at Castle Rock Lake and in the Dells area, this is a year round vacation spot.

Great retreat for a girls' weekend

We stayed here in October for a girls' weekend. Nine of us slept very comfortably in our very own beds. No sharing! The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the large dining table and spent most of our time right there, talking until the wee hours. Jackie was wonderful to work with. Great communication and super fast turn around of our security deposit. The only downer for us was that it was a pretty good distance from the Dells -- maybe 30 minutes -- so we only ventured out once. All-in-all a perfect experience. Everyone loved it! BTW, the photos don't do the house justice. Jackie, I'd suggest more photos of the bedrooms and the kitchen. Great space!

We booked this house for our family reunion. The homeowner was wonderful to work with - very responsive and helpful. The house was wonderful - very large, comfortable, immaculate and fully stocked with kitchen supplies to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Many of us drank our morning coffee while watching the golfers tee off. During the day the kids thoroughly enjoyed the lake, sandy beach, pool and playground. We had a delicious Friday night fish fry at the resort restaurant. Evenings were spent mosquito-free on the screened-in porch. The house far exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly recommend it! Thank you, Jackie, for making our weekend memorable!

This home was just as described in the listing, if not better. Our large family found plenty of room to relax and gather. The kids had a great time at the pool. When the weather didn't cooperate, we used the 3-car garage for a Baggo tournament. The three levels offered privacy for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. Local restaurant recommendations are The Dirty Turtle for Bloody Marys and Splash for fish fry or GIANT burgers!

My family and I have rented this home twice now. We love the open space and beautiful rooms. The house has plenty of rooms and space for our large family. The bonus room is an excellent space. It's practically sound proof which allows the kiddos to go to sleep while the adults stay up for late night games and fun. The other space we enjoy is the screen porch. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Some friends and I wanted to get away for a weekend from the kids/wifes and have a great time. So I had to find a house for 15 of us. Let me tell you the guys were floored with my decision and by the end of the weekend it was an unanimous decision of renting the house again next year. This well taken care of spacious house with ping pong table, great kitchen, outdoor grill, and all the necessary amenities to have an unforgettable weekend. Jackie, was prompt in replying to all my questions, verifying driving directions and was a pleasure to work with. Will do it again for sure. 10 out of 10 hands down. The house pictures don't do it justice in my opinion as good as they look. The house just never ends. :-)

We spent July 4th 2009 week at this wonderful place....golf course top notch and close enough to other golf courses that are less expensive teenagers played vollyball, tennis and we used the pool at Northern Bay...this house is so spacious none of us felt crowded...great kitchen for cooking....top of the lien appliances etc. We plan to go back again

My family and I of 11 adults and 3 kids, recently stayed at this wonderful vacation home! I searched for homes all over the Dells area and it is by far is the best one I found. There was so much for all of us to do and with the cozy warm feeling this house brought, we were able to create many memories we will never forget. I highly recommend this home to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

I met a group of 10 friends at this home for the weekend. From the gorgeous deck to the well-supplied kitchen to the fantastic layers of living space this house was perfectly suited for all of us. The space was perfect for games, movies, and cooking our own meals. The price was reasonable, the owners are pleasant to work with, and we promptly received the damage deposit after our visit. I would suggest this house to anyone looking for a weekend or longer vacation with a large group of family or friends. We plan to return for a future visit!
