The home has a great view of the golf course, a lake, and the surrounding mountains. The patio has a outdoor dining table with six chairs, shade umbrella, fire pit, and gas barbeque. Two master bedrooms, one on the fairway and one on the mountainside. The fairway has one queen bed and the mountainside has two queens. Each master bedroom has its own bath, with double sinks, and large walk in closet.
The golf course has over three hundred acres with twelve acres of lakes. It is an ecological preserve with many species of birds. The gated community is cooled by a gentle sea breeze from the Estero Beach bay. The clubhouse has a pro shop, bar, and restaurant facilities.
Located only 10 miles South of the embarcadero center, a busy port for cruise ships, fishing, and numerous cultural and educational activities. Only 10 minutes away from Estero Beach with its beautiful bay and water sports, and about 25 minutes from the famous La Bufadora (Blow Hole).
Only a 10 minute drive to a brand new Costco, Home Depot, Wal-Mart Super Center, McDonalds, Burger King, Applebees bar and grill, and shopping mall.
