The house is situated 40 feet above sea level offering you breathtaking ocean views from every room as well as from all the decks, terraces and gazebos. Your backyard slopes gently to the water and a private white sandy beach. You can wade out to great snorkeling and see fish and coral with more color than you imagine.
The gorgeous kitchen has state of the art, professional-grade appliances including a 36' built-in refrigerator, refrigerator drawers, ice machine, built-in oven, trivection microwave oven, and a 36" cooktop with professional hood. The kitchen provides all the equipment you may need during your vacation.
The estate has 6 master bedrooms (4 up, and 2 down), each with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, cable television, and some of the most commanding views the island has to offer. The downstairs bedrooms have both indoor and outdoor showers. In addition to the features of the main structure of the house, the Estate also offers a gym, and the 7th bedroom in the private nanny suite. The nanny suite has a king bed, kitchenette, and sitting area. The Gym has exercise equipment for both cardio and weight training. Each has its own separate access from the main house.
The study offers a 42" plasma television with a DVD player, while the living room has a 50" plasma television, DVD/CD player, stereo, and an awe-inspiring 35 foot high beamed ceiling.
The pool has a 360-degree infinity edge, next to which you will find a dining gazebo to one side, and a sitting gazebo to the other side. The upstairs bedrooms have second-floor gazebos designed for relaxation and socializing.

Transfers: Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a villa staff member at the Providenciales airport who will lead the way to the villa.
The A/C is metered to discourage use with the doors and windows open, and not costly if used sensibly. Additionally there is no charge for the first $150 of use per week. Use beyond that is charged at 28 cents per kilowatt hour.
