  Headed to West Palm Beach to meet our new in-laws. Hmm, is it better to stay in a cold, towering, chain hotel or a cozy home in a bustling historic neighborhood? You know the answer, or you wouldn't be on this site. Lori's place was perfect--and immaculately kept. The home was huge for our stay (3 bedrooms) and can easily accommodate 6 people. Highlights included the large private patio/courtyard out back with plenty of seating and even a gas grill. The home is very neat, cozy, and CLEAN (no grime and bugs etc as I am a clean freak). Quite a pleasant neighborhood - no dodgy people, neighbors extremely quiet and nice etc. We would definitely stay there again.

  I loved this place...small and cozy historical home! The kitchen and bath upgrades were done nicely, modern yet still work with the house's age. Great backyard and patio areas...good space to relax and soak in the sun...there is a bbq grill and 2 patio tables. Nice to have a laundry room also. There was dish soap and laundry soap, as well as a bevy of different food items left from previous tenants...nice to not have to run out to get these things you may only use once! We left some items for future tenants also. Towels were nice and there are also beach towels and some "beachy" accessories available to use. Thanks!

  We had a great time at this house. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting outside and having our morning coffee. The historic neighborhood was fantastic and convenient to everything in the area. The house has one bathroom and the detached unit has the other bathroom and can be rented together or separately. We would go back and stay there anytime.

  I, my wife, and our two teenage boys stayed at this lovely place during our recent family road trip. My kids nicknamed it Cozy Cottage! The place was immaculate, and all it was represented to be, and more. Thank you, Lori!

  Stayed in the cottage with my two small dogs for a week while on work assignment. It was a very nicely furnished place with plenty of towels, dishes and small appliances. Bed was comfortable. Had a gas grill outside but I did not use it. I loved sitting on the patio and the dogs loved roaming the fenced backyard. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner was nice. Would absolutely stay there again - but next time I'd rent the house!

  My husband,sister, brother-n-law and self really enjoyed are stay in Lori's Coconut Palms home. The cottage had everything we needed and was close to the wedding that we were attending and othe fun attractions in the West Palm beach area. If we head to West Palm beach again, we would love to rent this cottage again. Thank you so much Lori for your great hospitality! Mary

  We spent 3 days at a tax seminar and stayed in this lovely home. We are clean nuts. Needless to say, the home was immaculate. If we were staying longer, we still would have been comfortable, as the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware and equipment. We had our wifi, and, of course, there were televisions and a couple DVDs. The neighborhood was quiet. There's history in this cute home, as well as all the creature comforts. You won't be disappointed with this choice. Thanks for everything.

  This property is very clean and well maintained. It's very warm and cozy with pretty and comfortable furnishings. It's even nicer than the pictures show. The owners were most helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone. The area is also filled with countless opportunites for fun, adventure and great food and shopping. We loved Rocco's Tacos downtown. We so appreciate we were able to bring our dog but the property is so clean you would not think other pets have been there.

  On a scale of 1-10, we give this comfortable, immaculate, well-equipped home & cottage 10!! Seven of us arrived from NY, LA and Chicago for a family reunion from Christmas to New Year's 2011. We ate Christmas lunch on the patio. We drove to the ocean (15 minutes), rented bikes in Palm Beach, ate at Greens Drugstore ($4 for oatmeal, egg and English muffin), shopped at Publix and fancy thrift stores, lunched at Bennies on the Beach. We loved the neighborhood Candlelight House tour. If you want a perfect short or long term holiday, let the delightful owner know!
