This newly renovated 1940s Key West Styled House with a separate cottage is located within Northwood, one of 12 charming and historic neighborhoods of downtown West Palm Beach. It has undergone extensive renovation to reclaim the home's authentic features to include gleaming hardwood floors, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, Florida plaster finished walls, high polished original wood floors, and stylish historical wood moldings.
Pop over for lunch at Sushi Joe's, or one of any of the restaurants on nearby Clematis Street. Shop on the world-famous Worth Avenue or Ride bikes to the beach or tennis courts before dropping in on happy hour at Taboo. Invite friends for a cook-out or a movie. Sleeping accommodations in the house include three bedrooms, The master bedroom with queen size bed, the wicker bedroom with a queen sized bed and the back bedroom/den with pull out queen sleeper sofa. The family room has a pull out twin sleeper sofa. All the rooms of the Coconut Palms House are fully central air conditioned.
There is also a separate Coconut Palms Cottage that has another completely stocked gourmet, Cherry wood, Full kitchen with a full bath that also sleeps two. The separate cottage, just behind the main house, can either be rented along with the main house, or separately from the main house.
The Coconut Palms Main House has one shower/tub bathroom with new sink and bath fixtures with new tile and marble floors with granite.
Full load capacity washer and dryer are conveniently located within the home in their own separate laundry room. There you will also find beach chairs for you to use to relax in the sun as you unwind and relieve stress on the nearby beaches.
Just a 5 minute drive away, you will find City Place offers multiple options for dining and shopping as well as entertainment to include a movie theater, night clubs and comedy clubs, and live outdoor bands.
Cross the Intracoastal bridges to Palm Beach where glamour and beauty abound on the Island's famous Worth Avenue; South Florida's answer to Rodeo Drive.
Then, travel the ocean hugging highway A1A and take in the breathtaking ocean-front mansions of the super wealthy like Donald Trump or stop and take up residence under a coconut palm on the Island's best kept beaches.
