Beautiful, totally renovated, pool home in charming and Delray Beach (20 mi to West Palm and Ft.Lauderdale). The house is an elegant home with 2 bedrooms, an office that can also be used for a bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Everything has been remodeled and updated. The home was built for entertaining and is equipped with a open kitchen, a marble fire pit table and a large BBQ gas grill. It’s a very charming and fun house with wood and marble flooring throughout. It has a 400 sq ft screen porch which is great for reading and relaxing, as well as, a pool and tiki bar. The back yard is fenced and tropically landscaped in a Key West style. It is a tropical paradise especially when entering the home through the palm tree-lined gate entrance! There are many different beaches, golf courses, shopping malls and other distractions a within close driving distances of 10-15 minutes away.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is in a beautiful gated community. It’s a lushly and maturely landscaped neighborhood with quiet winding roads. There’s virtually no traffic and perfect for walking or biking in the day or night. The home sits on a private cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet. The neighborhood is 50% full-time residents and 50% seasonal (snowbirds). The beach is less than ten minutes away as is the charming downtown area of Delray Beach with its outdoor cafes, shops, and restaurants. West Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale are a 1/2 hour drive, Miami/South Beach is approx. 1.5 hr drive and it's less than 2 hours to the Florida Keys (Key Largo/Islamorada).

Year Purchased: 2000
We are working professionals whose hobbies consist of anything water related such as scuba diving and boating. In addition, we are avid tennis and golf players. This is why Florida is the perfect locations for our home!
We both love to travel and enjoy discovering "off the beaten path" kind of places, as well as, different cultures and interesting people!
Living in Delray Beach gives us the opportunity to meet people from all over the United States and the world because it is a prime vacation spot! Full of sun, fun and miles of beautiful beaches!
Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach
The home was built in 1985 and we bought it in 2000. The house was purchased as our primary residence and remolded with those intentions. In 2007 our work environment changed and since we put our blood, sweat and tears into this home, we could not bear to sale it! So, we decided to rent it.
Great thought and care went into the look and furnishings of the home, for this reason we decided to rent it furnished. The décor is not the typical rental fare and everywhere you turn, there are extra touches that make a house a home such as, a beautiful landscape backyard and pool area, crown moldings, wood flooring throughout and a well equipped kitchen with lots of extras for entertaining such as a stand mixer for cooking, a wine chiller and various serving dishes.
We continue to call this property our home and hope you will enjoy as much as we do!

Since we live in the Sunshine State our home was designed for outdoor living. The backyard and pool area are an escape from the reality complete with spectacular sunsets! It is completely private and surround by an 8ft fichus hedge. You will never know you have neighbors! The home and yard are perfect for entertaining a crowd or just to enjoy by yourself and unwind from life’s stresses.
As you drive into our community the first thing you will notice is the beautifully manicured grounds and you will feel that you are far from the city. However, you are just minutes from all the conveniences and diversions that any good city has to offer!
Delray Beach touts some of the best beaches in the United States! With two miles of public beachfront, it attracts about one million beach-goers a year from near and far! The people of Delray Beach are very friendly and fun loving!
Delray Beach’s downtown area features charming streetscapes filled with an electric blend of unique shops, specialized boutiques and for the art lover there are several galleries that feature the hottest, new local artist. For the food lover in all of us, Downtown Delray Beach offers anything from fresh seafood and steaks to a wide array of ethnic cuisine! There are four-star restaurants to a side walk cafes!
