  Seaspray was PERFECT for 8 couples to enjoy a kids-free getaway (though had we had our children with us, they would have loved it too). Clean, comfy and a fantastic location. We are already reviewing our calendars to make a repeat trip in 2013!

  Very spacious home for 5 families (10 adults and 12 kids). We all thought the house was great! Cole was very easy to work with and questions were answered right away (he has plenty of great recommendations for things to do/places to eat in the area). The 2 pools and deck area were awesome! Kids also had a great time fishing off of the dock and caught many fish. The beach was great and an easy walk, but probably even better 200 yards down where cars aren't allowed (we never went that far as our kids were old enough to be aware of vehicles). It would have been nice to know that one of the bathrooms didn't have a shower before we got there. The beds were comfortable. All of the appliances worked well, plus there was a bonus ice maker so you could sit on one of the plenty of deck chairs and relax with a Margarita at any time! I would easily recommend staying here at Seaspray to family and friends! Thanks again for a great stay Cole!

  What a wonderful place to vacation! The house was everything one could wish for-----clean, beautiful and well equipped ! The location is perfect. We walked to dinner two nights during our stay. Half of my family loves to fish and the other half loves the beach. Fishing available out the back door and the beach out the front door! Perfect! I would definitely stay at Sea Spray again.

  SeaSpray had everything we needed and more. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room. Nicely furnished. New TV's in every room, big open kitchen, multiple porches, great game room downstairs, pool, dock, two webber kettle grills, and two sets of washers/dryers. The location couldn't be better - right between the lake and Grayton Beach. Also, the rental company is friendly and reasonable. I highly recommend this property.

  My Aunt and Uncle rented this property mid-November for my grandmother's surprise 90th birthday party/family reunion. The property was very spacious and was wonderful to relax in. The ping-pong table was a hit with my younger cousins and niece and nephew. I loved walking on the beach to see all of the beautiful birds around, and shells. One of the best vacation's I've had in a while with my family. Thanks so much!
