View from the large East exterior porches is of our private pool, private dock on the lake and Grayton Beach State Park. View from the west large porches includes the Gulf of Mexico and the beach.
This wonderful home is perfect for large families or reunions. Many special features such as; 3 master suites with jacuzzi tubs, game room featuring foosball and ping-pong, 2 refrigerators and also 2 washer/dryers. TV's/DVD's in every room, there are also 3 stereo's in the home. Only 50 feet to the public access and a 100 yards to the waters edge. Parking for 8 cars, kiddy pool (7X7) and a large (32X19) pool for the adults. This pool can also be heated in the winter for an additional cost. New rocking chairs added too exterior 2007, new interior paint/exterior paint in 2005, new hardwood floors in 2005.

What a wonderful place to vacation! The house was everything one could wish for-----clean, beautiful and well equipped ! The location is perfect. We walked to dinner two nights during our stay. Half of my family loves to fish and the other half loves the beach. Fishing available out the back door and the beach out the front door! Perfect! I would definitely stay at Sea Spray again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

SeaSpray had everything we needed and more. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room. Nicely furnished. New TV's in every room, big open kitchen, multiple porches, great game room downstairs, pool, dock, two webber kettle grills, and two sets of washers/dryers. The location couldn't be better - right between the lake and Grayton Beach. Also, the rental company is friendly and reasonable. I highly recommend this property.

My Aunt and Uncle rented this property mid-November for my grandmother's surprise 90th birthday party/family reunion. The property was very spacious and was wonderful to relax in. The ping-pong table was a hit with my younger cousins and niece and nephew. I loved walking on the beach to see all of the beautiful birds around, and shells. One of the best vacation's I've had in a while with my family. Thanks so much!
