This great property is so close to the water you can almost feel it in the air! Only about 300 steps to get your feet wet! You can also walk to many restaurants and shopping venues. You may park your car and not drive it until you leave! The home is 1400 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Everyone loves this location! There are two patios for entertainment with a stainless gas grill and a relatively new kitchen with stainless appliances. All dishes and cookware are provided along with linens and towels. Don't miss out on a great vacation rental!!

The location, cleanliness, and spaciousness make this property a great choice. It is a short walk to both Moonlight Beach and the downtown area, and the comfortable living space includes large bedrooms, an open kitchen, a garage, and a deep front patio. Though nicely appointed, it is child-friendly as well. The upstairs neighbors can be noisy, especially above the master, but other than that, it was an excellent property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
