Three of us ladies decided to spend a few days at the Ormond Beach to celebrate our 60th birthdays. We certainly picked the right house. We had a wonderful vacation. The house is everything that is represented in the ad. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The weather was a little windy at the beginning of our stay, but we did get some beach time in which was just a very short walk from the house. The best part was relaxing on the front proch with it's view of the ocean...it was a great setting for our daily happy hour. We hope to make this a yearly event!

Terrific location for a beach retreat. Just a short walk to the beach and sunrise walks on the beach. The front patio has a view of the beach from the patio table for relaxing happy hours. We spent an afternoon touring St. Augustine and another climbing the lighthouse at Ponce Inlet. Many wonderful restaurants are nearby. We plan to return next year. The house is comfortable and clean and well maintained. A patio table and lounge chairs by the pool are a nice bonus.

This place was wonderful. It is cozy and comfortable and you feel like home. It is close to everything, great restaurants, shopping, St. Augustine and most of all it is just a very short walk to the beach. The photos of the home are exactly what you will see when you get there. The backyard has lots of room around the pool and there is a dining table with chairs and an umbrella. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone.

Love, love, love.... this home and location! Perfect for a nice and quiet family vacation, yet only 10 min from Daytona and tons of things to do! The beach is so beautiful and very private, and the pool is great too. Hope to come again as soon as possible!!

My wife and I stayed at this fabulous home in May 2011 and could not have been happier. The home has everything you could possibly ask for, including a beautiful, clean pool, and a two minute walk to the beach. We simply can't wait to return and plan to do so in the Fall. I promise, you will not be disappointed if you rent this home.
Owner response:We thank you for the kind comments. It is a pleasure to have guests that enjoy and take such good care of our vacation home.

Everything was great. We stayed with our 2 year old son and had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed. It was great to be so close to the beach and to also have a pool at the house. We hope to have a chance to stay here again!

We have rented this house on four occasions, and that must say something about the property. We have always found it immaculate, the cupboards filled, and very, very comfortable. Its location is great - a friendly residential area, within walking distance to two wonderful family-run restuarants, near a Publix, and two parks. It is also a very short drive to down-town Daytona. It is also a short drive to the Speedway, Ponce Inlet, Blue Springs Park (manatees), and Orlando Airport if you are expecting company. There are also many other parks in the area with historic and natural interest. There is local theatre, concerts, museums, etc. to keep you entertained - often too much! The Daytona News-Journal and the local library provide lots of info concerning currect and upcoming events. Its location is ideal for walkers and cyclists - you can cycle to St Augustine, or to Ponce Inlet. It works well for two adults, or four adults, as well as children. The location of the two bathroom, and two bedrooms provides privacy which is important. Cable TV, high-speed internet, and long-distance telephone are added-value items that are not universally available - its these extras that really count for us. Thanks Mary for making this available to us............

Mary Alice, we had a great December weekend at your beach house. I am so lucky I heard about your beautiful house, it is wonderful to be able to use it. The grounds and house were immaculate, it was very clean and well kept up. It is so conveneint having Betty's A1A Cafe at the corner, we walked up there for two suppers. Too bad they don't serve breakfast! We walked accross to the beach and watched the surf and seagulls. I hope to rent your house again in May. Thank you so much for sharing.

I had a wonderful R&R weekend at your beach house. It was very clean and neat. I stayed in November so the water was a little cool, but I enjoyed sitting out by the pool. I was pleased to open the cabinets to fine them stocked, all I had to do was bring food. The house was more equiped than I expected. I have already reserved another weeked, this time I'm bringing friends!

We had a wonderful time at the house. I loved being able to see the ocean from the front porch. My kids loved to pool. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen utensils to boogie boards (enough for each kid to have their own)! Everything was clean and very well maintained. I felt like I was at home (without all the clutter)! The beach was so close and absolutely beautiful. We've already recommended the place to several friends!

We had the most wonderful vacation in your home!! The pool and the proximity to the beautiful beach were great! I loved the privacy of the beach, it was never crowded. We enjoyed the pool and the beach much more than Disney World! My only complaint is that we didn't want to go home.

We had a wonderful time here. It is such a convenient location. I love the beach at this part of town, we almost had the whole beach to ourselves. We loved riding our bikes to the fishing dock on the Intracoastal Waterway, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets, just a 2 minute bike ride away. Everything you could think of to have at the beach is provided, from beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and fish nets. I am reccommending this to all my freinds looking to vacation at Florida beaches.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is everything that is represented in the ad. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. At one point we had eight people in the house and we all had room to do what we wanted to do. The pool and the beach were perfect. We all enjoyed it very much.

We loved staying at your beach home. Your home is charming, very clean and has everything we need and then some. The location is perfect, nice and quite, with easy access to the beach, excellent restaurants, and area attractions. We would love to stay there for the same time period again next year.

Place was great for Bike Week 2009. Right by the beach, the loop, Main St., great food, the race track, I95 and even Rossmeyers. The cost was fair and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks Mary!

Aug 16-23, 2008 Mary, You have a beautiful beach home. Fully stocked (except for a can opener, which is now in the drawer) We saw plenty of TV, games, & movies during "T S Fay". We left you our completed jigsaw puzzle. No one can predict the weather, and we saw first hand what the east coast of Fl can be like during a storm. Got some much needed rest. Thanks for sharing your beach home.
Owner response:Sorry, but there is an electric can opener on the shelf under the stove top. Glad you survived Tropical Storm Fay. Mary Mears

Great Place and easy to find. Peaceful part of the beach but close enough to Daytona if you want the "action". 2nd bedroom has full size beds instead of twins which is nice. Perfect for family or couple looking for a getaway. Steps from the beach and owner provides beach necessities, towel, mat, beach bag. Private backyard with a pool is a plus. Had a great stay. Would return in a heartbeat
