Year Purchased: 1937
The Cole Bin was my grandmother's cottage at the "coast." My brother and I grew up running around Grayton Beach every summer of our life. Now I am lucky enough to live here and love it! My children also were lucky enough to grow up here. They spent lots of time exploring the dunes and trails, tubing on Western lake, surfing in the gulf and looking for shooting stars.
Why the Owner Chose Grayton Beach
The Cole Bin has been in my family since my mother was a little girl. It's in a great spot in Grayton, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
The Cole Bin is just a short walk to the beach. It's also close to the Red Bar and Shorty's restaurants. It's an older cottage with lots of charm and Grayton funkiness. Enjoy the pool table and 2 living areas so the boys can watch football.
