Luxury Townhome in Distinctive Snake River Village. We offer a perfect destination for families or couples or friends traveling together. The unit has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed, TV and jetted tub in the bathroom. Upstairs and downstairs, you will find another bedroom with a queen bed, TV and separate bathroom. Also downstairs, there is a 4th bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a TV and a bathroom. Total sleeping accommodations are for 10 people. I This unit has been completely updated and redecorated with new carpet, wood floors, paint, furniture and beautiful tile in the kitchen. We also have original art throughout the unit.

Snake River Village is centrally located with easy access to both River Run and the Mountain House base areas. We are also within walking distance to the Snake River Saloon and the shops and restaurants in River Run and at Gateway.

Our unit offers a perfect space to relax and spend time with your friends and family. You can eat out at some of the top restaurants in Colorado or prepare your own meals in our fully stocked kitchen.

In addition, within a 30 minute drive, you can be in Vail, Breckenridge, and Beaver Creek. Keystone offers over 3000 acres of fantastic skiing for all levels from beginners to experts on three mountains. Keystone also offers the only night skiing in Summit County.

Why the Owner Chose Snake River Village

We chose to own a Condo/Townhome in Keystone because it is one of the easiest ski areas to access from DIA. Also, we skied Keystone as a family the whole time our kids were growing up and felt it offered the best balance of family skiing with challenging skiing for those who like it. I grew up in Colorado so it means a lot to have a home there.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome

Snake River Village offers a great location between both base areas with fantastic views and a quiet atmosphere. You can walk to the lift or drive to the free parking at River Run. One of the best aspects of our unit is that there is room for 10 people and plenty of space for privacy. We love to sit on the deck having an afternoon drink. You can't beat the view! We also have a 2 car garage so you can load and unload in the garage rather than in the snow.

We are active people and we love to hike, ski and bike. We also love good food and wine and art. Opportunities for all of these interests are abundant in Summit County. We travel a lot and love our time in Keystone anytime we are there. Our unit at Keystone allows access to all that is available with a quiet and peaceful home base.

Our stay in the Hill's condo in mid-August '09 was fantastic! The condo suited our group of two families perfectly. Everyone had their own bedroom and attached private bath. (We didn't have to share a bath with two teenage girls!) An added plus was the great beds and beautiful linens. We really enjoyed the living and dining area and kitchen. The decor was a nice mix of modern furnishings and art and natural wood and tile, etc. It was uncluttered but still had a very relaxed, 'homey' feel. The kitchen was well equipped and we ended up cooking almost all our meals together, saving us a lot of money. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the south-facing deck. You look out directly to the ski area, with farther views of the mountains both east and west. 'Cocktail' hour was spent watching the sun set behind the mountains. We ended every evening with a short walk to the hot tub/whirlpool. The location was perfect for our group. There was a lot of different things to do very close by. The condo truly added to the enjoyment of our vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this townhome. It was nicely furnished and had extras that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and the views awesome.
