Vegas, Mesquite, National parks: Grand Canyon, Zion's NP & Bryce Canyon, Lake Havasu, Virgin River are all with in 1-2 hours drive from the condo. At the condo children can enjoy activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming, board games, feeding ducks and observing wildlife (lizards, frogs, exotic birds and fish.) Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum is 5 minutes away. There are also excellent bike trails extending from the condo in 3 directions. The trails lead to multiple parks with water play areas, sand volleyball, pickle ball, tennis, and basketball corts. There is an indoor pool an water slide (Sand Hollow Aquatic Center) at the end of the street. Don't forget the world class triathlon at Sand Hollow Reservor in June and the St. George Marathon in October.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It is located close enough to amenities, but has a very nice private feel, with views of the golf course and sunsets. It is very comfortable, with everything we needed and more. We hope to come back again next year, thank you Stephen and Shari!

What a great place to stay for a family of 5. Condo is in a great location and everything you need for a weeks stay is just around the corner. The condo was very clean and kept up. We had the pool to ourselves for the whole week. Thanks for a great get away

This condo really exceeded our expectations!! It was close to everything, clean, upscale, and RIGHT on the golf course! The pool was nice, and we were the only ones using it every time we went. The master bathroom was my favorite, very large and luxurious. This place was perfect for our toddler, our teenagers, and even grandma! Would definitely recommend it to any of our friends, and we are definitely planning on staying here again on our next trip to St. George!!

This condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the rear patio where we barbequed/ate several dinners.. The hot tub was perfect , especially after a day of hiking. We had a wonderful experience in this luxury 3-bedroom condo. The condo was beautiful. It was minutes from most everything. The area was lovely and tranquil. The pool and hot tub were great and usually we were the only ones there. I'd like to come back and have time to golf next time.

We have used VRBO many times and have always been pleased. But some rentals stand out more than others and this is one of them. Our week in St. George in this wonderful condo was great. The unit was very clean, comfortable, well equipted and an excellent location. We certainly enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers on the 7th green-very difficult! A couple of late evenings we enjoyed the fire pit too. The pool and spa area is right across the driveway and we had the area to ourselves when we used it. Many golf courses for Bob and innumberable hiking trails for Carol nearby. The WiFi came in handy to plan each day's activities. Hope to return in 2010. Carol and Bob Vissers

We stayed at the condo the week of April 13th and had a great time. The place is beautifully furnished and confortable. The master bed/bathroom was awesome, and there were plenty of towels and other basic neccessities. The pool/jacuzzi was nice and there is a grill out there so you can prepare a meal while you swim. The grill on the patio worked out great as well. It was in a quiet location and extremely easy to travel to/from. We golfed at several courses in the area and visited the state park right down the road and two of the National Parks (Zion (just an hour North) and Bryce Canyon. We highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed. Cathy, Joe and Dan
