  This is a great little condo unit in a good location. The beach was full of seaweed during our visit which we've never experienced before but we went to Pensacola Beach one day and there was a small amount of seaweed there also. Beach rentals are $25 per day for 2chairs and umbrella setup. Pool was very small and very cold as it sits under the condo. Nice wood deck by pool but no chairs furnished. Condo was very nicely decorated. Master and living area open onto deck with bar and 4 chairs and good beach view. We had A/C problems for a night and day but owner was prompt in requesting service. The cleaning issues were mold on shower curtain, bathrooms and kitchen not cleaned properly, deck not swept. I admit to being very particular but cleaning on my vacation is not what I expected. I discussed with owner and believe she was unaware of the situation and will follow up in the future. I've learned since our stay that in the past, VRBO owners could choose to publish reviews or not. I had some hesitation renting from someone with one review in all the years the unit has been on the site. I also hesitated sending money based on emails. This is a legitimate owner. She would save everyone a lot of time with a rental agreement and a refundable cleaning deposit rather than a flat cleaning fee. You will need to take TP, paper towels, laundry supplies. There is hand soap, small container of dish detergent and enough dishwasher det. for one load. Internet cord is in drawer closest to phone and worked great. There are 1 and 1/2 flight of stairs to work off all the great seafood but FYI if you are physically challenged. Fully stocked kitchen with any dish or utensil you would need. We loved the walks on the beach, the weather was great and we felt at home in the condo. Brought home lots of beautiful shells but left some for you. Enjoy!

  Perfect place to stay! Steps from the beach! Great view! Covered pool perfect for our little one! Owner was wonderful to work with! We will be renting this unit again!

  We stayed last August 11, and had a great time. This is a great location with the sand just steps away. The condo is stocked with everything you need, and the owner is a delight . Thanks so much!
