  We really enjoyed the house. Convenient to shopping, and donuts! Very nice on the inside, beds are comfortable, house is clean and spacious. Teenagers also enjoyed the wifi, hard to live without that in this day and age. Owner even let me take home some of his tomatoes from his garden. Would highly recommend to anyone, and I imagine we will be staying there again next year.

  Our plans for vacation didn't work out and we were looking for a place to go since we had already planned our vacation. I saw their special and thanks to the owners working quickly with us our family was able to go on vacation. There was 7 of us, my wife and myself, five boys (18, 17, 2-16, and a 13 year old). The house was the right size. The location was only minutes from Bethany. There are 2 grocery stores withing walking distance. The deck is large with patio furniture. We grilled out most nights. If we go back to Delaware for vacation we are booking this house. The owners are great people and my wife and I just want to say thanks for providing a very nice place.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I loved this house. It is beautiful inside. It is very well maintained. The back deck has a view into a wooded area and sometimes, at night, the trees look like they have twinkle lights because of the fireflies. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and with great courtesy. The house is within walking distance of a shopping center that has a grocery store. I have already recommended this property to friends. Our family plans to always use this property as available for our vacations in Delaware.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  We truly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean, and beautiful home! It was also the perfect place for us to relax with our children during the day in between our activities. It is located near so many attractions, yet we enjoyed the privacy of the home as well. The house was very spacious and equipped with everything we could think of for an enjoyable stay that was just like home. This was a MUCH better experience for us than a tiny hotel room. Owners were wonderful to work with and we are looking forward to renting again. Thanks for a great vacation!
