Noted by local realtor as 'Best Brigantine Location', it doesn't get much better! This is the third house from Brigantine's most popular beach, a half block from the Laguna Restaurant and beach bar, and two blocks the from local shops.
Great for kids and families, as there is no need to load up the car to drive to the beach. Simply walk out the door and the main beach is within 100 yards.
The home is very bright and spacious, has lots of windows, cathedral ceilings, and a large deck off with direct ocean views! Sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves crash on the beach.
Brigantine offers a New Jersey's finest fishing, surfing and surf lessons, playgrounds, skateboard park, kite-boarding, 4-wheel drive on north and south end beaches with permit), wide beaches with lots of room to play beach games, great for families.
Atlantic City is a five-minute drive away (approximately $12 taxi fare). Enjoy the outlet shopping at The Walk, IMAX theatre at The Quarters, upscale shops and restaurants at The Pier, and of course, casinos.
