Wireless internet access is available throughout the house from your personal wireless-ready laptop. Direct TV system is included, with televisions in the media room/den and master bedroom.
Next to the home is the main clubhouse with various water sport activity rentals including ATVs, jet skis, fishing, snorkeling, and banana boat rides. There are also tennis courts and multiple community pools within the resort besides your own private pool.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Being the closest property in Buenaventura to the beach (just footsteps), we are also just footsteps away from the new resort pool and complex on the beach along with beach toy rentals right next door.
We also hire a full time chef when we're visiting -- he handles all the shopping, cooking (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and clean-up -- along with drinks around 4:30pm each day delivered to us right on the beach. And now that the resort is open, there's a fantastic bar, several restaurants, tennis courts, etc available within a short walk.

My family and I spent almost two weeks at this house and would highly recommend it to other families. Its spacious and comfortable, and the beach is right out back. Our kids (age 9 & 12) swam in the pool, played soccer on the beach, and frolicked in the ocean. The family morning walks along the beach as the sun came up, watching and listening to the various Panamanian birds were always a highlight. And we certainly looked forward to the days that Alberto came to cook for us. The amenities at Buenaventura were also a plus. The house is situated right very close to the beach club. With it's big pool, restaurant, ATVs, sailing, and fishing excursions, there's always something to do. And a short walk away is the Hotel Bristol with a spa, health club, small grocery, and fine dining. It was hard to leave Buenaventura to explore El Valley Anton, Panama City, and other interesting places and we were always happy to return to this comfortable home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My wife and I had two weeks together at this most lovely house. We loved the quiet and seclusion. The beach was awesome. Our big decision each day was pool or ocean? We usually decided to do both. The house is beautifully furnished. The porch is awesome. The location to the beach can't be beat. We had the time of our life together. The upstairs master bedroom with the balconly overlooking the pool and ocean was breathtaking. We couldn't have had a better vacation.

My family spent two glorious weeks at this property in July. The home is BEAUTIFULLY appointed (with every convenience) and is just steps away from the Pacific Ocean. Just two lots down is the Buenaventura Clubhouse where you can rent ATVs, jet skis, and other fun water toys as well as arrange tours to area attractions. The concierge made navigating our new surroundings very easy. She helped with everything from arranging airport transfers, booking tours, helping with our computer hookup, to hiring the chef - which I must say was absolutely wonderful. The chef and his assistant shopped, cooked, served and cleaned up -- now that's a vacation! Not only was the food delicious, the presentation was lovely as well. We really felt pampered. Initially I was concerned about the age range of our children (11-25) and that there might not be enough for them to do. Well, with swimming, fishing, playing golf, riding ATVs on the wide open beach (There are so few people around that it's like having your own private beach), riding jet skis, tennis, horseback riding, tours to the rainforest and Panama City (experiencing a new culture)- no one was bored. For my husband and I, the biggest decision each day was where to relax....the pool, beach, massage table, patio...it was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The whole family agreed that it was by far our best vacation ever. You will not be disappointed!

Wow! What an amazing adventure. We spent a week at the house and it was incredible. We had a private chef. We rented ATV's we were litterally on the beach where we had bon fires with the kids.
