Relaxed luxury in this like new large one bedroom home. Views to the San Diego bay and City lights. Step out of building to the Sandy beach, resort pool and tennis. Walk to everything including the Del Spa and Village shops and restaurants. Full gym and clubhouse included.

Every appliance is new including state of art flat screen TV's with built in DVD. Building has Direct TV. Monthly rentals only creates a terrific atmosphere for year round fun. We live in San Diego and use this as our second home when not rented.
