The Village of South Walton offers the most affordable luxury rental units along 30-A. This third floor unit overlooks the amphitheater and offers views of the Gulf of Mexico. Exquisitely decorated, this unit provides everything you need for the perfect vacation at the beach. All upgrades such as travertine floors, granite counter tops,etc. have been included to provide the ultimate in comfort and style. The unit also comes fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, linens and towels, dishes, etc.

The charming old world Charleston style architecture with cobblestone lanes, slate roofs, gas lanterns, and picturesque interactive fountain in the amphitheater provide an idyllic family friendly setting for your stay. From the Village, you are always a few steps away from live entertainment on the amphitheater lawn, a cool dip in the largest swimming pool in the Southeast, the world's most beautiful beaches, gourmet dining, and world-class shopping. A 10-minute drive will take you to fabulous golfing, historic Seaside, movie theaters, or water parks. Whatever you need to make your beach vacation perfect is never more than minutes away. A paved biking and walking path runs along scenic highway 30-A providing breathtaking views from your neighbors at Rosemary Beach all the way to Seaside, Watercolor, and beyond.

This smoke-free and pet-free unit offers over 1300 square feet. Both the master bedroom and living area open to a limestone railed balcony. The master suite has a king-sized bed and jetted tub in the huge master bathroom. TV's are provided in all three bedrooms in addition to the living area.

Charcoal grills are available poolside as well as an electric grill for your unit on the balcony. For younger children or elderly guests, a free shuttle provides a short ride to the beach or 12,000 square foot Seacrest pool.

  • We recently stayed in this Condo over the 4th of July Holiday. This vacation was somewhat of a family reunion with our group renting 4 different condo's within this same complex. This unit by far was the most nicely decorated / well equipped unit of the group. Great location for people watching as the balcony overlooks the water fountain and boutique shops located in front of the property. We'll Definitely stay here again !

  • My family has stayed at this condo a few times and we always have a wonderful time. The beaches are pristine, great restaurants are close and my little one enjoys the fountain at the front. It's a perfect location if you're looking for a relaxing holiday with friends and/or family. This condo is tastefully furnished with all the everyday necessities. Definitely worth the trip!!!!!!!   • We recently stayed in this beautiful unit and were so impressed by the cleanliness, decorating, and ample room. The beach was beautiful and only a short, enjoyable walk from the condo. The quaint gift shops, coffee shops, ice cream shops, wine shops, and dining were much more than we expected. This area and this condo were perfect and we can't wait to return!

  • Gorgeous condo right next to Rosemary Beach. We loved this place. It was *large* and has a great kitchen, family room, and great bedrooms. It was definitely more than we expected. It is across the street from the beach and right in the heart of lots of shopping and restaurants. You will not be disappointed !

  • What a great vacation spot. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and quiet. The proximity was great for anything from the beach, to fishing, shopping, restaurants, biking, scootering and movies. The relaxing walks along 30A and on the beach were fabulous, watching the sun set and rise over the ocean. Also, we really enjoyed the little cafes, restaurants and shops along 30A, all within a walk, short bike ride or short drive. The pools within the complex were terrific, especially the famous Seacrest pool. The communities along 30A were definitely great places to tour especially Seaside, Rosemary Beach and Water Colour. The seafood was great!!! I would definitely recommend this property and will be going back very soon. What a great place to relax with family and friends.
