Location: Port Townsend, Olympic Peninsula & Pacific Coast, Washington State, USA (One Block from the Staircase Leading Down to the Waterfront)
Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 1 Bath (Sleeps 7)
Keywords: House
Our daughter has always called this "The Ferry Boat House" because you can watch the ferry boats as they move in and out of the port. This house is a wonderful blend of 1880’s Victorian charm and relaxing beach house comfort.
Fully furnished three-bedroom, one bath home with an incredible view of the Bay and mountains. This house is very conveniently located one block from the fountain staircase and is less than two miles from Fort Worden. The main floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second floor bedrooms each have a full bed plus one has a twin size bunk overhead.
The living space is equipped with a TV, VCR and DVD player plus plenty of room to stretch out and read a good book. There is a formal dining room plus the kitchen has a table and seating for six. Off the kitchen is a large deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
This is a quiet neighborhood where you can park your car for the duration of your stay and walk almost anywhere you want to visit.

Why the Owner Chose Port Townsend
Port Townsend is an incredible town with great people and wonderful amenities.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love this house and location because there is the small town feeling with amazing amenities. We have a bakery, spa and community center all within one block of the house. Two blocks away there is a wonderful grocery store with a deli inside. There are also numerous restaurants within blocks of the house yet it's still in a small neighborhood where everyone watches out for each other.

This was a very nice rental. Good view of the harbor and islands from the deck and it seemed much bigger than the picture shows. Only one bathroom, but all 6 of us managed that without difficulty. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Very convenient to downtown, but quiet up on the hillside. We had one minor problem and owner responded quickly and appropriately. We would rent again. Big kitchen and two eating areas. We held a family pizza party with 16 adults and had plenty of room.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
