This is one of the most beautiful homes near the beach on Hilton Head. Only four houses from the beach.
We just finished a massive renovation on this home in July 2007. Everything is new and very high end. Four large bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms make up the spacious living area. There is granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. All new appliances and flooring consisting of new wood plank hardwood and beautiful chiseled travertine stone. There are two large fireplaces to sit by, one of which is in the over-sized master bedroom.
In the back of the house, there is a multi-tiered deck overlooking a large sun-exposed rectangular pool. There is a large water-lily pond with three waterfalls next to the pool. Behind the pool is a new dock for fishing on the salt water lagoon system. Beneath the main living level, there are two game rooms which have a ping pong table, pool table and air hockey. There is an additional room with a walk behind bar and a mounted LCD TV.
All this and only a leisurely 3-4 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast.
There is 3,000 heated sq. ft. on the main living level and an additional 1,400 sq. ft. of bonus/game/bar rooms on the lower level.
