You will be proud to call this your "HOME AWAY FROM HOME". This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is across from the beach at the northern tip of North Myrtle Beach in the Cherry Grove area - almost a private beach! You are less than 2 minutes away from the sand going through your toes. In this part of Cherry Grove you are away from the heavy crowds and can have great family fun. This is a corner unit on the 3rd floor with easy elevator access. The layout is spacious, approximately 1400 sq ft, with many windows, making it bright and airy. Each bedroom has a private full bath. High speed internet access available with a full-size desk for those who want to surf the web. BR #1 - queen; BR #2 and BR #3 both have two double-beds each. Sleeps 10. Just a few minutes drive away are numerous attractions to make your vacation complete. This is our vacation home and we have professionally decorated it to "feel" like home to us. It has hardwood floors, all new window treatments and accessories, along with each bath including hair dryers/magnification mirrors/extra towel racks/bowed shower rods/etc., and so much more. The full-size washer and dryer inside the unit are great conveniences. For all your beach items (chairs, floats, etc) there is a large storage unit on the parking deck level. Come and enjoy your stay and become one of our frequent vacationers....any time of year! *Non-smoking unit. *NO boats, motorcycles, RVs permitted per HOA. *Must be over 25 to rent this unit. *We do NOT rent to vacationing students or singles under age 25 years.
