  We really enjoyed staying at the Ocean Pointe condo during our summer vacation in September. Lots of room for our family to enjoy during the week. Nice to have the amenities of laundry equipment and dishwasher, especially with two small children. Would recommend staying here to any family with children or even for couples looking for a getaway.

  This place was amazing! Spacious, well-kept, and had dishwasher and washer-dryer. The storage unit had beach accessories including chairs and toys; we only had to bring our own towels. Unfortunately, the view of the beach is mostly blocked by the high rise opposite, but the beach itself is only a 3-5 minute walk. The owners even provide a notebook with descriptions of local attractions, restaurants, and activities!

  This property was just as described. Very nice location, quiet area of town, well maintained, modern furniture, plenty of space and the list goes on...My golf buddies and I have been traveling to MB for nearly 20 yrs and we search for new places to stay year after year. The search may be over. We really enjoyed our stay! Mr and Mrs Branche are very easily accessable by phone or email and were a pleasure to deal with. Only issue I had during our stay was with my car, the silly thing broke down. Great timing! I called Mr Branche late one evening and he helped solve my parking dilemna (Uhaul I rented wouldn't fit in the parking garage). Saved me from a parking ticket for sure.

  This property was immaculately clean, perfectly situated, and the property owner was delightfully pleasant. We will refer and continue to use Stephanie’s rental each time we visit Myrtle Beach!

  We were very impressed with the condo. Had a wonderful vacation (except the weather wasn't the best) but we found a lot of fun things to do. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you would need for comfort. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The owner, Stephaine, was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. We would recommend the property to anyone interested in going to North Myrtle Beach. There are a lot of good restaurants - one of our favorites was Hoskins right on Main Street. Barefoot Landing is awesome!! Lots of good shows. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing their condo with us. Will go back definately!

  My family had an amazing week in your condo. I was the hit of the family for finding this jewel! My parents, husband, son and daughter could not tell me enough of what a great job I did finding your condo. Very clean and had every cooking tool we needed especially your huge pot for the 10 lbs. of shrimp we boiled.....yummy! We met several of the owners that were all super nice people. Ocean Pointe was remarkably clean inside and outside around the grounds of the property. Loved, loved, loved this place!

  We had a wonderful time at this condo. So clean and updated.The bed space and three bedrooms with a bath for each was amazing. We enjoyed the little things such a hooks on the doors for your suits and the hairdryers in each room. The owners were so nice and we absolutely loved the outside storage lockers for our beach equipment(no lugging everything upstairs). Everything at the building was so clean and well kept. The condo was across the street but that was no problem. It is located on a dead end and there was hardly any traffic. The owners had left a great restaurants'list and any other numbers you might need. We are going back next September. Can't wait!

It is not a cookie-cutter layout - it is airy and bright with lots of windows. The location is awesome - away from the traffic and tucked away with a beach that is in essence private. Our HOA continues to maintain our grounds in a top notch manner - our building would certainly win a contest if we were to enter one!   We love staying at this place in Cherry Grove. It is quiet, comfortable and a very nice end of the beach. The night time walks are perfect. we stayed ther about five times and all of the vacation time has been excellant. The owner's are very quick to respond to any problem and great people to do business with. I would highly recommend this place!

  We just returned from our week's vacation in this unit. It was absolutely wonderful! We weren't lacking anything we needed for cooking, bathing, etc. My husband, 13 year old daughter, 11 year old son, mom, dad & myself could not have asked for a more family friendly, well equipped place to spend our time together! The only thing I can really complain about is that we had to leave. I guess it just makes it all the more special when we get to return next year! Looking forward to it already!

*MAY 25 - AUG 30: 7-NIGHT RENTAL CYCLE REQUIRED (SATURDAY - SATURDAY). Checking in after Sat afternoon or leaving before the following Sat morning are at your discretion.

* 4-NIGHT STAY ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTHS: JAN - MAR = $475.00; APR = $600.00; MAY = $700.00; SEPT = $700.00; OCT = $550.00; NOV - DEC = $550.00.

Cancellation policy:

16. CANCELLATION POLICY - all days noted are in advance of Check-in date [Day 0]: a) A cancellation of more than 60 days -- will not incur a penalty. b) A cancellation made between 59 day and 30 days -- will incur a penalty: the security/damage deposit ($250) will be forfeited and half (50%) of the total rental cost (payment) will be forfeited. c) A cancellation made less than 30 days – will incur a penalty: All deposits on account will be forfeited (i.e., security/damage deposit ($250) and all (100%) of the total rental cost (payment) will be forfeited. d) FORFEITURE POLICY: Forfeiture will occur UNLESS another Renter secures the same dates at the same total rental rate/payment. If the replacement reservation total rate/payment is less than the cancelled reservation, only the difference to make up the loss revenue will be forfeited. All refunds will be processed after the scheduled rental dates have passed and it has been confirmed that there was a replacement reservation. e) NON-PAYMENT FORFEITURE: The reservation and $250 initial deposit will be subject to forfeiture if the 2nd rental payment is not received per the Rental Invoice. f) For all reservations: Early departure does not warrant a refund. g) Credit card cancellations: For cancellations on reservations made using credit card a fee of 5% of the total rental rate or $50 (whichever is greater) will be charged. h) All cancellations must be made directly to the Owners by phone or email.
