This is our vacation home and we share it with other families who also want a place to get away and relax.
NEW UPGRADES JUST ADDED: 2 NEW QUEEN BEDS (both 'firm' with pillow tops) replaced 2 double-beds....so now 1 king and 3 queens sleeps 8 people.
Beach is about 50 yards away (about 1/2 a football field); cross the street and you are there!

This peaceful corner unit is at the northern tip of Cherry Grove area across from the beach. Fully furnished with all your conveniences. Also has 42" Flat-screen TV and Blue Ray DVD Player added to Living Room; King size Sealy Sterns & Foster bed in Master Bedroom. Easy access to all the action of the Grand Strand. Full size washer and dryer inside unit. FREE internet and telephone. Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE; NO EXTRA FEES.

OUR UNIT:
Our cleaning crew is very particular so you can be assured that every detail has been covered in preparation for your arrival. Our unit is on the 3rd floor with easy elevator access. Our layout is approximately 1400 sq ft, with many windows, making it bright and airy. Each bedroom has a private full bath, and each is equipped with a hair dryer and extra mirrors. You will have the convenience of wake-up calls and voice messages. Whatever extras you need, we have thought about them in advance.
GRAND STRAND:
North Myrtle Beach is a wonderful family and golfing area filled with beautiful homes and a quieter pace away from the hustle and bustle. Within a short distance to the Grand Strand are hundreds of restaurants, theme parks, and entertainment venues. They include Planet Hollywood, NASCAR, Broadway at the Beach, Hard Rock Café, Night clubs, Tanger Outlet Mall and Barefoot Land for shopping, amusement parks, and Broadway-caliber shows to thrill you at night. And so much more!
TO DO:
For the golfers there are more than 100 world-class golf courses in the area – bring your clubs. Our Welcome Book inside the unit includes details of all local activities, restaurants, etc with addresses and phone numbers for convenience in making reservations so you can map out your day or night before leaving the unit.

RESERVATION PAYMENTS:
- Initial Payment = $250 deposit required to secure reservation (fully refundable after unit passes inspection following Check-Out).
- 2nd Payment = First 50% of Total Rental Rate due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 3rd Payment = Balance 50% of Total Rental Rate due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.

We really enjoyed staying at the Ocean Pointe condo during our summer vacation in September. Lots of room for our family to enjoy during the week. Nice to have the amenities of laundry equipment and dishwasher, especially with two small children. Would recommend staying here to any family with children or even for couples looking for a getaway.

My family recently stayed here for a week after our son graduated from college and we really liked it. The three bedrooms, with their own bathrooms, was wonderful, especially since our children our now young adults and the master bedroom being away from the other two rooms was a plus too. I must say the pictures don't do this place justice, the living room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and roomy (I cooked a big breakfast every morning along with several dinners) and it had all the necessary amenities. The short walk to the beach was very nice, my husband and I walked from pier to pier every morning. The whole building is very well kept, the pool area and the outside area were very clean, the elevator was also very clean and always smelled good. I must say, i was very impressed with this place. I have stayed at many different places at Myrtle Beach and this is by far the best. I wish I would have found this when our kids were younger. Thank you Stephanie for allowing my family to come and enjoy your place. You made everything so easy and I appreciate it very much.

We stayed in your Condo during the month of March 2011 and had a great experience.The condo was clean and everything was there that we needed.The view from the oceanfront balcony was to die for.Hot tub and pool fully operational.While the unit is small it was adequate as we were out a lot shopping and beach walking. I would certainly recommend this unit and will consider it on our return visits to MB. Thanks Stephanie for everything.

We stayed the month of March 2011 and had a great time. It was quiet,close to the beach and very homey. The Condo is clean and well maintained inside and out. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need to cook with. Owners, Stephanie and Ken are very nice and easy to deal with. Post Office, Library and a park is close by. A small restaurant named Hoskins is really good,also.

This condo looks even better than the pictures. It is in a great quiet location and so close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and were so please with the condo. It was clean and very comfortable. We cooked dinner at home one night and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Any trip we make back to the beach we will be contacting this owner to stay in one of their places.

Great place to stay for family vacation. Very clean condo and well-maintained. The 3 bathroom were an added bonus for family of ten people. Condo is close to the beach, just across the street. Nice to have amenities of laundry equipment, dishwasher,and full kitchen. Kids loved pool and toys were provided to use. We recommend this place for all ages of group and different kind of vacation. This was an awesome vacation for my family and I. The pictures on the internet did not do it justice. This was the most spacious condo that I have had the pleasure to visit. It was a relaxing trip. My kids did not want to leave. You have to take your whole family and friends to visit. There was so much to do and it is in a perfect location. I would like to thank the Branche family for sharing their wonderful getaway spot.

I loved the my trip. The condo is beautiful, well kept, and comfortable. It is close to the beach, and quiet, not crowded beach. Can't wait to go next year.
