We decided to get away from the coldest month with a stay in Myrtle Beach.We chose this condo and we were very pleased with the decision.It is very clean and well equiped.We cooked 95% our meals there and had all the things necessary to do that.Good food stores are nearby and the beach is just across the road.Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and was easily accessible.Sometimes a medical emergency pops up unexpected and we would like to say that the Grand Strand regional heart center is well deserving of its excellent reputation. The strange part was that at our home we had the warmest February in years and no snow,but we are still very glad we came.

The property was clean, well maintained and very convenient to beach access. It met all of our needs for Mom Mom & Pop Pop to visit with family from NC. We are thinking about a return visit next year.

My family recently stayed here for a week after our son graduated from college and we really liked it. The three bedrooms, with their own bathrooms, was wonderful, especially since our children our now young adults and the master bedroom being away from the other two rooms was a plus too. I must say the pictures don't do this place justice, the living room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and roomy (I cooked a big breakfast every morning along with several dinners) and it had all the necessary amenities. The short walk to the beach was very nice, my husband and I walked from pier to pier every morning. The whole building is very well kept, the pool area and the outside area were very clean, the elevator was also very clean and always smelled good. I must say, i was very impressed with this place. I have stayed at many different places at Myrtle Beach and this is by far the best. I wish I would have found this when our kids were younger. Thank you Stephanie for allowing my family to come and enjoy your place. You made everything so easy and I appreciate it very much.

We stayed in your Condo during the month of March 2011 and had a great experience.The condo was clean and everything was there that we needed.The view from the oceanfront balcony was to die for.Hot tub and pool fully operational.While the unit is small it was adequate as we were out a lot shopping and beach walking. I would certainly recommend this unit and will consider it on our return visits to MB. Thanks Stephanie for everything.

Wonderful Vacation

We stayed the month of March 2011 and had a great time. It was quiet,close to the beach and very homey. The Condo is clean and well maintained inside and out. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need to cook with. Owners, Stephanie and Ken are very nice and easy to deal with. Post Office, Library and a park is close by. A small restaurant named Hoskins is really good,also.

Wonderful Condo

This condo looks even better than the pictures. It is in a great quiet location and so close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and were so please with the condo. It was clean and very comfortable. We cooked dinner at home one night and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Any trip we make back to the beach we will be contacting this owner to stay in one of their places.

This was an awesome vacation for my family and I. The pictures on the internet did not do it justice. This was the most spacious condo that I have had the pleasure to visit. It was a relaxing trip. My kids did not want to leave. You have to take your whole family and friends to visit. There was so much to do and it is in a perfect location. I would like to thank the Branche family for sharing their wonderful getaway spot.

Great place to stay for family vacation. Very clean condo and well-maintained. The 3 bathroom were an added bonus for family of ten people. Condo is close to the beach, just across the street. Nice to have amenities of laundry equipment, dishwasher,and full kitchen. Kids loved pool and toys were provided to use. We recommend this place for all ages of group and different kind of vacation. Owner Stephanie is very friendly and provide good customer service.Thank you for everything. We will see you some day !!

We spent a week in Myrtle Beach and enjoyed every minute. The condo had all the amenities and more. It was huge. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and we still had lots of room. The 3 bathrooms were an added bonus. It was a short walk (2 minutes) to the beach. It was nice beach with warm ocean water (78-82F). The owner Stephanie was extremely helpful. Thanks! I highly recommend this property. We will surely come back some day!

Ready for a Vacation!

We arrived at the beach and walked into a beautiful condo. The pictures online are good but being there in person was great. I love to cook so I was pleasantly surprised to find large pots, baking sheets, and bowls for mixing and use for salads, etc. We are used to staying oceanfront when we go to the beach but the short walk to the beach was not a problem. The beach itself was beautiful, white sand and not crowded (we went during July 4th). We will definitely go back again. Thanks for everything Stephanie.

Great golf vacation

We enjoyed the condo at ocean point, more rooms then we needed for 4 adults. Very clean and quiet with everything any familly would need for a good vacation. We apreciated the elevator to the 3 rd. floor and easy access to the beach. We defenitely recomend this condo to familys, adults and golfers. Many golf courses within a reasonnable distantce, as well as shopping malls. The owners are very helpfull and accomodating. All the informations they gave us was very clear and helpfull. We look forward to return for another golf vaction. Laurent

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at the Ocean Pointe condo during our summer vacation in September. Lots of room for our family to enjoy during the week. Nice to have the amenities of laundry equipment and dishwasher, especially with two small children. Would recommend staying here to any family with children or even for couples looking for a getaway.

Home Away From Home

This was our family's first visit to Myrtle Beach and it was a perfect one. We're a family of six, and the space was just the right size. The kids enjoyed having their "own" bathrooms and tvs in their rooms. This made down-time at night a breeze. Loved having the washer and dryer too, very helpful with a baby! The condo was clean and cozy, we all felt very comfortable. Our family loved Brookgreen Gardens, Fire Island Restaurant and Medieval Times.

Very Nice accomodations

Condo was a great place to relax with easy access to the beach. No ocean view because of the high rise across the street and it's not within walking distance to shops or resturants so get some basic supplies before you arrive. With that said, the value was excellent for 3br, 3bath with very nice pool and elevator to third floor. The stairs are right outside the front door of the unit so that's the quickest way down but it's nice to have the elevator going up. My family stayed 3 nights in perfect October weather so we didn't want to leave. We would certainly consider staying again in the future. The owners of this unit were extremely helpful and accomodating when we had to reschedule due to the death of my father-in-law. The absolutely only negative is no pets. We have a small West Highland Terrier for which we saw two at other condos and caused us to be homesick for our Abby. I wish more owners would allow small dogs with a pet deposit. Even non-refundable would be better than living them at home when they're part of the family.

Owner response:Debra and her family stayed at our unit during off-season so we were glad we could accommodate them with new dates when requested. Our unit has two views of the ocean, one from the front bedroom (where the lake meets the ocean) and one from the master bedroom (looking out past the balcony). She is correct that our HOA does not allow renters to bring their pets. So if you see pets in the building they belong to unit owners. We look forward to Debra and her family coming back soon and welcome you and your family in the future!

Perfect place

This is the 6th straight year we have stayed here and it is a perfect place. It was always clean, but since the new owners took over 2 years ago it is even more of an inviting condo. It is very clean and inviting and like the other reviews say close to the beach. Having the pool is also a big plus and it so family friendly. Making my reservations now for year seven.

This beach house was very nice with plenty room for a good number of people. As soon as we walked through the door it was obvious that this was a great investment. We toured each room and each room was nicely furnsihed. Accessibility to the beach and stores was also a factor in our decision. The beach is approximately 200 yards from the property so one could make several trips to and from the beach if necessary, especially if you have children. There is also a nearby store, which was approximately 1.5 miles, and one could pickup just about anything in this store that was needed. Places to eat were also 10 minutes away, this is another convenience that one would look for in a vacation. If you have food allergies and cooking your own food is the norm, one could bring their own grocery and cook those items like at home. Also, if one was tired of the salty water from the beach one could swim at the pool where the property is located. We would highly suggest others to invest in this stay I’m sure you will be thoroughly satisfied. The entire property is well maintained and stands out from the other nearby properties. On a scale of 1-10, I would certainly give it a 10.

I just wanted to let you know that everything went "very" well during our stay at your condo. It was perfect! Your beach home was just right for the needs of our family. My 80-yr-old mother-in-law enjoyed her stay in the room off of the living area w/access to the balcony. The kids right of way stated their claim on the middle bedroom with the 2-way access bathroom (just perfect since we were able to keep an eye on them wherever they played). ...and of course Mark & I were spoiled by our "retreat-like" location on the "far" end of the home (equipped with a lock on the door! -came in real handy!). Needless to say that we enjoyed not only you're beautiful condo but also the "slow-paced" atmosphere of the neighborhood. You'll be hearing from us about another visit next year. In the meantime I'll share this info w/ friends who may be interested. I may also look into booking it as a "gift" for a close relative sometime w/in this yr.
