Simple Goodness is a 4 bedroom/4 bath beach cottage located in the small upscale community of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. Homes are nestled in a natural setting with brick paved streets and lined with quaint street lights. Only a few steps across the street is your own private beach access to the most beautiful beaches of Santa Rosa. Enjoy the crystal clear water and plenty of beach to play!!
Simple Goodness is fully furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach. Relax in one of four bedrooms all with own bath....1 king, 2 queen, and a custom built bunk bedroom for the kids. Or my favorite the screened porch in a rocker where there is always a breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a full meal..just bring your food. But make sure you check out the local eateries for great food too.
Magnolia Cottages is located just minutes from Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Panama City and Destin. Enjoy biking, shopping, nature trails, swimming, golf, and of course the beach.

All I can say Is WOW! This property is everything and more. We so enjoyed your home. The porch was great for family meals and playing games.Great location. We loved that your property was close to seaside and watercolor, which the kids loved. Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you for sharing your home.

Hi Tony- This email is long overdue but I wanted to thank you for opening up your home in Seacrest to my family. We were in love with your home from the minute we walked through the door and by the end of the week, we didn't want to leave! You've done a great job decorating and making it current. We loved that all of the bedrooms had their own bath and the convenience that provided. The layout worked absolutely perfect for our 2 families since we were able to each have our won floor. The porch was heavenly, as we relaxed and listened to nature. This was our first trip to 30A butit definitely won't be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed the little community your house was in, as well as the private beach access. All of the beaches of 30A have such a homey, relaxed feel that we felt right at home. Thanks again and we look forward to returning!
