For those of you coming from California, the gulf highway is now complete which will save you hours of driving time to get to Rocky Point. Four lanes of beautiful scenery that is wide new road.
You have to see this fabulous Condo to believe it. It is located as close as the Mexican law will allow to the Ocean (That's close!). The wrap patio is facing ocean and has a tables seating 8 with two lounge chairs & full bar set with rotating chairs to sit around and enjoy the view. You get the entire view from there.
A 65 inch television in living room with a comfy sleeper sofa. All forms of luxury and comfort await you here. All bedrooms have king size mattresses that are a premium beds with pillow-top mattress pads on each. Each bedroom has tvs with dvd/vcr players. The two showers/bath are set in beautiful travertine marble.
In the dining room is big enough for you to wine & dine in. We've made the kitchen fully stocked with everything necessary if you want to cook a complete dinner in or bake a cake if you are feeling creative. Toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender--(gotta have a blender) are all available for your use. Kitchen counter tops made of granite and automatic dishwasher works very well.
Phone is set up to make calls if you like. There is even a laundry room with washer and dryer so you can wash your cloths if you are getting low on apparel.
The Sonoran SUN Resort has all the amenities of a luxury resort with a large exercise room, swim up pool bar so you can sit on the stools while in the pool and drink your favorite fruity cocktail or eat some fajitas for those who want to just relax. You can do that on the beach under a palapa, by the pool on a lounge chair or on your patio while enjoying the unbelievable view of the Rocky Point city lights at night. Love the beaches of Mexico and the proximity to Phoenix for location. Security is great, so you don't have to worry about anything while down there soaking up the sun, enjoying the wind in your hair and the view....the view is unbelievable!!

Completely updated and stocked is our motto amongst the owners of this condo. We want to feel like it's a home while there and that's what we strive for. Thanksgiving dinner or just a snack...the kitchen is ready to go.
Well here's the location, just 67 miles from the border of the U.S. Lots to do while here if you like, or lots to not have to do as well if you know what I mean.

We are family that loves Rocky Point and the beach and all the adventure it has to offer with it. My wife is a Mexican citizen (as well as an American citizen) and we married while in Mexico. The love for this country has been going on for over 40 years. We've traveled throughout all of Mexico, and bought most of our furniture for the home we live in in Fountain Hills from Guadalajara, Mexico

WOW!!! My husband & I rented this beautiful unit for the entire month of April, 2011 and enjoyed every moment! The pictures and description on the website are exactly what we experienced, only better. It's a shame that the sound and smell of the sea can't be added to this description. The unit is very well maintained and was in perfect condition when we arrived. We had some of our grandchildren join us for a few days. Everyone slept very soundly on the very comfortable beds with the sound of the sea in the background and they enjoyed the option to watch TV in thier own bedrooms without adults around. The grounds of the resort and pools are beautiful and cleaned daily with separate hot tub areas for the adults and kiddies. One of the attractions was the swim-up pool where you can get a light snack and the beverage of your choice. We can only say that wherever we ate, the food was delicious. We love seafood and the fishing port is just 15 away where you can purchase fresh off the boat. We enjoyed cooking in the wonderful kitchen with the view of the sea surrounding us and dining on the wrap-around patio with the spectacular views. The locals are very friendly and we felt very secure. The beach is amazing and we enjoyed walking every day when the tide was out and collecting our share of sea shells. The owners were very helpful in providing us with information about the area, giving us hints about where to eat and shop, and checking in on us to be sure we were having a good time. They made us feel as if we were staying at a friend's home. Thanks for sharing your very comfortable home with us!!! We are looking forward to returning very soon and experiencing more peaceful and relaxing moments by the beautiful turquoise sea.
