Thanks so much for an awesome house to stay in. There was 6 of us in our group and everyone had a great time. The pool & hot tub were perfect. This house had everything we needed and more. My only regret was that we could not stay longer. Would love to visit again.

Thank you for the great place. We sure enjoyed the hot tub and used it every day. The weather, according to the weatherman was "unseasonably warm!" It was perfect! P.S. it was -30°C for the month of Jan in Sask. Hahaha (We really enjoyed the fresh lemons! What a treat!) Thank you for the great place!

This has been the most fun and relaxing vacation that I've had in a long time. The other ladies and I got along together tremendously, sharing stories and laughter. The house was so clean and comfortable. I felt like I was right at home. We enjoyed the sights, shopping, and restaurants. It was great having a pool so close to the house and going swimming daily. The pool was a little chilly, but the jacuzzi was quite warm. It is great coming to a home that was completely furnished. This is our fourth time staying at this house. We hope to return again soon. I celebrated my 70th birthday with 4 friends, plus 2 others that "crashed" for one night. These are my drinking friends and they come well prepared. The weather was spectacular - couldn't have been better. Then home was very well supplied. We especially enjoyed the outdoor eating area, and of course the wonderful pool and spa.

We arrived on August 11, '05. This week has been so super relaxing. We slept, swam, ate, watched T.V., danced to music, played cops and robers, laughed until we cried and for one week there was no stress. We didn't look at the clock or the date, our phones never rang, because we turned them off. We truly needed this vacation. We went hiking up the tram on the San Jacinto Mtns. That was great. We looked out at least 175 miles. The air was so crisp & clean. We yelled at the top of our lungs at the top of the mtn. We spent the day at Soak City under a cabana drinking Margaritas & Coronas while being misted. The slides were scary fun! We hop to do this again next year. The weather has been awesome. Memories of a lifetime...

COACHELLA 2005! Today my friends and I arrived from UCLA and met our new friends from all over. We are the typical college students and I am appreciative of the laundry facilities. This makes the place a lot nicer in my tired eyes. We are all here to enjoy Coachella Music and Arts Festival.

Thanks for the hint to the instruction booklet it was helpful but we too had a hard time getting a hot tub until day 3 when the "pool guy" came by (Friday) and showed us! Don't be afraid to switch valves (both to 3 o'clock) and turn temp up into "SPA" sticker area - takes awhile to heat up then return valves & temp to 9 & 11 o'clock & pool sticker area! Everything was great all week we had 3 kids so water logged!! A little golf, the zoo, and a day trip to Disneyland! We love Palm Springs! From two rested families from Vancouver, BC, Canada. *Owner Note: The pool/spa system and heater have been replaced.

Wonderful, relaxing time in the sun - had left Idaho in a snow storm! Will definitely come back - the home is perfect for us. The boys played golf everyday and we women lay by the pool. We have enjoyed our vacation in Cathedral City. Our grandchildren spent a week with us here and the pool and spa have had lots of use. It was our first experience renting a house and we found it very comfortable. Hope to do it again sometime.

We thoroughly enjoyed your home. It is so cozy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. We swam and played and just RELAXED in the sun. The only problem we encountered is the front patio roof leaks. We had thunderstorms roll through Friday and Saturday and the roof has leaked ever since. Thanks again for a wonderful time in the desert. We will make this an annual event. *Owner Note: The house has been reroofed.

We came for golf, and we played – Mesquite, Cathedral Canyon, Cimarron, Taquitz, and Oak Valley on the way out of town. Even with two bathroom divas, the house worked quite well with six. Paula was prompt in returning our calls; Peter did not quite agree with our assessment that a cold spa was an emergency. Manuel, however, cheerfully fixed the problem and taught us how to make it work. Almost forgot that the home was freezing when we arrived and a new thermometer was needed to change that. We read the earlier entries and are happy to report no problems with the toilets.We’re taking one excellent breakfast chefs with us to San Francisco and points north.Deena, Jes, Kris, Liz, Maggie, Luz

One really never knows what the future holds and on October 25, 2003 we were shocked to learn that an uncontrolled wildfire was raging toward our Lake Arrowhead home. Once safely evacuated, family members dispersed throughout Southern California, staying with friends who could offer a bed or two but never finding a place where we could be together. You can only imagine how wonderful it felt to find this house – a safe harbor where we all could be under a single roof – and wait patiently until we were allowed to return home (our house was saved). We are so grateful that your house is so well equipped to meet our family’s special needs. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

Had another pleasant week here. I love the quiet, the heat, the pool and restful days. I spent a lot of the time ready to work on my masters, and that’s what I did. Here from Bakersfield, CA, but soon will be in our new home in Woodland Hills, CA. We have enjoyed the home, pool, and spa. The shopping and restaurants are great! Noisy Toilet Update: While we were here, the toilet overflowed, was also very noisy, but ultimately had to be replaced. Hope the noisy toilet saga ends here! P.S. We liked the house...the location. We were impressed with the thoughtfulness of the house book. Pool was on the small side but the kids loved the fact that it was shallow all the way across. The noisy toilet can be fixed with a new $5.00 ball cock (toilet valve). Overall...a good time had by all.

Rested here while waiting for our house in Desert Hot Springs to be built. Everyone else writing in here speaks with great fondness of the spa but we have rarely been able to get it to work properly. This is a lovely home but obviously older and things are beginning to show the wear and tear. We did enjoy the pool as often as possible. The clowns are great!

We all had an awesome time. We swam in the pool everyday. It was really nice. Had a great time at boomers riding the go carts. We also had a great time at the quads. It’s much nicer here in the winter than in the summer. Nice days and cool nights. The house is very pretty and its very nice inside too. Although we had a great time the toilet sounded horrible. If someone had to loose a few pounds in that toilet everyone would leave it unflushed until the morning, then all hell broke loose. I'm a new man! I swam, soaked, biked, ate, cooked, napped, and napped some more. I loved being alone and doing nothing. I needed it. The spa was great, and downtown was fun. I also checked out the IMAX theatre when it was 112 degrees =). I thought a plane was landing in the driveway when I flushed the toilet. Thank you for your generosity! Hope to do it again sometime. FIRST ONES HERE! Beautiful home, very cozy, and safe, quiet neighborhood. The spa is great! A few warnings: The back bedroom gets very hot & minimal air circulation, so make use of the fan & open the window! Don't be afraid of the twin turbo engines when you flush the toilet in the master bathroom...it may shake, attle and roll but it stops before any damage is done! Have dinner by candlelight on the front porch, chill a bottle of champagne, and spend your evening gazing at the stars in the spa! We guarantee you'll get lucky... =)
