Why the Owner Chose Maggie Valley
There are two main reasons I chose this location. I wanted a great view without having to drive up a treacherous mountain road to enjoy it. I ride a Harley Davidson and I have a paved easy access road to the Bear Den.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Soco Mountain View!! Privacy is great at the Bear Den. There are only a few houses in this Mountain community of vacation homes. You rarely see a car or a person when staying at the Bear Den.
